Get bad anxiety sometimes, not sure what is going on

I use AI for estrogen control, on 200mg a week split into two injections dose of test and it brings me between 900-1200 total T and 35-40% free test 5-6 day test after last pin

Estrogen is usually between 22-30
This doesn't always happen just sometimes anxiety is through the roof and a day after injection

I'm pretty good with handling my own - now. . . But, it has became an issue in the past

Anxiety happens. Part of getting older and having more responsibility. Are you on any other chems? Heavy training does affect ones CNS

I have ADHD and associated generalized anxiety so I get what you mean. Honestly, I'd say 200mg/wk split into 2 doses probably isn't causing you anxiety. Only Tren causes anxiety for me. Try looking at other things in your life that may be weighing on you. Don't be afraid to seek help/therapy.

If your estrogen peaks and drops you could experience "estrogen rebound". It definitely effects your mood. Chemical changes in your brain won't disappear simply because someone tells you the "man up". You could be experiencing estrogen swings.

Test alone never did anything to me at all anxiety wise

Tren on the other hand, or deca - but, it all depends on the person

Yea, I don't really know what it is or what is going on but blood work seems normal and have been wondering if my TEST is actually killing mood and bringing on anxiety etc..

Could just be work stress/anxiety that I'm trying to pass off on the test

My guess would be that your Test to Estrogen ratio is off. How much AI are you taking with 200mg Test/ week? 200mg/week is a TRT dose if you're taking too much Adex or Aromasin it could def cause anxiety.

Are the numbers you displayed current or past reading?

Bloodwork is from a few months back, basically on 1mg dex a week

.25 every three days

There are so many things that can cause anxiety. It doesn't have to be AAS related. People get it from stress and often for no apparent reason at all.
