    First cycle in over 15 years

    Age 42
    Hieght 5 ft 10"
    Weight 133kg

    Not trained for years n years and not used
    any juice for even longer.

    Looking to increase energy, strength and size
    Whilst dropping some excess weight.
    How does this sound?
    8 to 16 week cycle

    Aside from the post above, that arimidex dose is way too high. For a 5-600mg testosterone dose start out with 0.25mg arimidex every other day

    if you haven't trained for years and years then you shouldn't be cycling in my opinion.
    train for the next year or so natty and then think about it.

    Thank you, was just not wanting to get man boobs from the superbol as i used to retain water naturally and was often accused of being of the gear when i was natural.

    I have lifted but not following a strict
    schedule that could be considered training

    At 42, setting a good solid eating and training regiment will be critical before you cycle. You'll love being on cycle. I feel like "superman".
