310 mg test ethanate per week for a 50 year old

Hi guys I am 50 years old been training for 30 plus years ..205 lbs about 15% body fat...this would be my second cycle..first one was 3 years ago and it was test 400 for 12 weeks..I just had my blood work done last week and my test was 30.8 nmol/L. Canadian level..or 864ng/dl..this is actually high the doctor says
I plan on 310mg test ethanate every week for 16 weeks do you think I will get good results from this? Basically this would be my first cycle because it's been so long

Also since I am running a lower test cycle could a get by with Clomid only as a pct or should I add in nova as well..

Damn good test levels for being 50!

300 sounds a bit low for a cycle. You are not going that much higher from TRT doses. I suggest you read the stickies and follow the first successful cycle protocol. You are going to shut down your endogenous testosterone production anyway, might as well go another 200mg higher and get more out of it. I suggest a proper PCT, the lower dose is still going to shut down your natural production. I also suggest keep it to 10-12 weeks. It will take time to kick in. Beyond that you will have a growth period until your system saturates from the hormone. Might as well keep running it only as long as it produces results and then come off and recover.

If you're going to run a cycle, you should run a full cycle. Is there a reason you want to run a low dose cycle?

Ok since I have 2 vials of test ethanate 250..2x week would be 500mg per week for 10 weeks...is this long.enough? Then pct start 2 weeks after...

Would be fine but don't forget to have the other ancillaries at hand too.

Could it be ur running low due to keeping sides down? I personally dont like running alot of anything including ancillaries. So I keep test low to keep sides down, run tren a bit higher so it can do its job and I dont run ancillaries. Dont have the usual test sides, just the tren monster keeping me awake and sweatin

Purchase another bottle of test and you'll be good to go. HCG would be a plus as well.

Thanks one more question about pct I know in the tutorial it says to take novadex and Clomid but since I am only running 500mg of test e per week can I get away with just Clomid? Since I am 50 with good natural test levels I don't want to mess anything up....

500mg/wk of Test is a "full" Test cycle. It will severely reduce the production of your natural Test and your testes will shrink, if you don't run HCG.

During your cycle:
Test E @ 500mg/wk x 12wks to 14wks
HCG @ 250iu x twice a week
Arimadex .25mg x every other day

PCT
Nolvadex (4 weeks) 40/20/20/20mg per day
Clomid (4 weeks) 100/50/50/50mg per day

Which is exactly why you should run both. 500 mgs test shuts down your hpta the same as 2 grams would.

True, however when I say a bit higher then test I mean my test is run at 150mg w tren at 300mg. By today's standards those are relatively low numbers but they both work for me. Again, no bloat, just a bit of sweating and a lil insomnia from time to time

Clomid and nolvadex work better together than individually. They compete to bind to estrogen receptors. A big but very worthy read on AAS induced hypogonadism:

If you want to maximize your chances of full recovery then get some HCG to last during cycle and both clomid and nolva for PCT!

Thanks for your help but I can't get arimadex only have
Aromasin and have 30 25 mg tabs so I was thinking
12.5 mg ed.. since I don't have enough at 25 mg every day
Should this do fine?

The gains you keep really depends on several factors like you genetics, diet, rest, etc. Just try to keep as much of the gains as you can by eating healthy and working out hard.
