I got my labs, only been on VAR for a week in addtion to my TRT 300mg 2x's a week.
Please look at my labs and give me your thoughts.

concerned with Hematocrit #'s, Estradiol #'s and Cholesterol. I have armidex 1mg pills, should I start those?

just so you know....
I believe you are on 120mg of test a week.
.3ml x 200mg/ml test C = 60mgs test C

If you were on 600mg a week then your test level could've easily have been 4000-5000

Hema is fine. Give blood if you choose as it's good for you and society.
Worry about your LDL. Total chol doesn't really mean that much. Solid HDL and Trig levels.
Up your Vit D a little more.
Don't take any adex based on a potentially flawed standard estradiol test. They tend to read much higher than they should in men. An E2 Sensitive Assay needs to be run.
