this is based on genetics and other factors as well (like wither you live at high elevation vs low elevation, if you have sleep apnea or or not etc.).
some guys take gear and don't have crazy high RBC and don't even donate, while other guys have high RBC and have to donate all the time.

lets not forget that elevated RBC and hematocrit are BENEFITS of AAS use. its one of the reasons athletes take these drugs to enhance performance and aerobic capacity. however TOO high and your going to run into problems. just saying don't get too stressed just cause levels are somewhat elevated . but yes definitely keep them in check and monitored.

I was able to get hemoglobin down from over 19 to 14, and hematocrit from 53 to 44 in just one day. of course it was cause I had to have a major emergency surgery that lasted several hours and I lost a ton of blood. but hey, my high hemo issues got fixed

I seen one of those on Amazon today for $170 . I sent another member here a link to it. I'll find it and send it to you.. maybe its junk if its that cheap, idk.

two discs in my back bursted into chunks into my spinal chord. they had to rebuild me from the hip bones up 3 vertebrae with titanium rods, screws, brackets, and cages. discs are gone its just hardware holding everything together.
no the injury wasn't from dead lifting 800 pounds, unfortunately it was frickin golf lol

I've only been a nutcase when I've had TWS (ie., Tren Withdrawl Syndrome). when I'm on Tren I'm a happy camper

I actually donate every 30 days on cycle and 60 off of cycle to keep mine in control.
Mine runs border line high off of cycle naturally, sleep apnea is the main cause.

Around my area we have trouble trying to donate at a big name agency. They see a bunch of big boys coming and they make excuses why they cant do it. The nurse told me I was too muscular and they ddnt have a cuff big enough, gave me the stank face then she got up and just walked out the room. I called the office and talked to the supervisor..i said what if I was a 450lb slob and wanted to give blood, would I be able to donate then?? She gave some lame excuse as to why they ddnt have cuffs large enuff..I described they nurse to some buddies and they said she ddnt the same thing to them. Guess I should've walked in smashing pizza like she was then I would've got to donate, lol. Never the less We have to travel across state line to get it do e

The amount of blood in a man's blood is dependent on bodyweight.
A 160lb man has approximately 10 pints of blood. Thus one pint is 10%.
KK weighs probably 305lb and thus would have approximately 19 pints of blood. Thus KK drawing out 2 pints is approximately the same as 160lb man drawing out 1 pint.
