What is the least amount of time you need between blasts in order to sufficiently clear receptors.
Particularly I'm interested in nor 19. How long does it tackes to clear receptors from deca to jump on tren.

P.S. there is no PCT. I am cruising at 200mg test per week.
Just finished 800mg test E 600mg deca per week cycle.

Good question but what I would be more concerned about is if your body has recovered, is your RBC etc too high? Lipids? If we could build muscle infinitely with no breaks we'd be 500lb monsters. Also with long esters the recovery period is even longer.

It's been said that the most efficient way to blast and cruise is 8 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

Ok thanks. I figured 4 weeks would be sufficient. Since it was long ester I'd give it 2 more weeks.
RBC and lipids in check.
