Don't know anything about the substances you are on but I've had that happen when my blood pressure was high. Is it in the back of the head mostly?

Sounds like could be blood pressure related, i'd see a doctor if it continues.

Blood pressure - not been in the habit of recording recently but ive always had low blood pressure. Ive had a few dangerously low levels 70/35
I cant speak for what my bp is when the headache is initiated

Hcg - im going to get through the initial blood tests for nebido then ill begin it. I doubt ill get prescribed it since the manufacturer for the uk has pulled.

your symptoms are common for guys on PCT. clomid effects vision, nolvadex can cause headaches. but your taking such a low dose.
cialis may be lowering your blood pressure too much . stop taking the cialis for awhile and see how you feel

Actually im talking rubbish. Im taking 20mg a day of nolva. I frontloaded with 40mg for a week. So it is pretty much a pct.

I dont know why i said 10mg.

Ill get a bp reading tomorrow morning and see. Cheers

If you have any kind of sinus pressure due to a cold or some sort of sinus related issue, the intense pressure created during climax is going to give you a headache. If it's blood pressure related headache you'll most likely feel it in the back of your head. If it's sinus related it'll make you feel like your eye balls are popping out.

Ive not got any sort of sinus issues as far as i know. Its at the back of my skull it starts. Compressing my head with my hands seems to dampen the pain it would seem

Going to have to go with it possibly being the Cialis, then. I can take 5mg 2x/day with 0 problems; if I take 20mg @ one dosing I get a zinger of a headache. My scalp literally is like cables running across it where the muscles knot up; maybe from.the vasodilation?
70/35 is aso a very low BP, would defo withhold the Cialis for a bit until things normalize.
The vision I would attribute to Clomid if you were taking it.

Edit: If things didn't resolve relatively soon, I would be scheduling a Dr. appointment. No use suffering with it if it can be addressed.

Theres different types depending on how long the headache lasts, other effects, etc. Basically thats what you have-its a matter of figuring out what is causing it. Commonly it is from high bp, but being that you are on a regular dose of cialis, that should be helping. I dont know of it being caused by low bp, but if i had to bet its almost for sure bp related

Im the same way - i dose liq cia once a day, sometimes twice if necessary and can do 10 mg doses if i want, but i did that shit once where i dosed the 20mg at once- needless to say there was no fun in the sack that night. My headache wouldnt go away for anything

Totally agree that low dose Cialis is very beneficial! It is just when I take larger doses that I get the nasty headaches. I thought I recalled you mentioning low BP problems in the past but wasn't sure if I was recalling incorrectly.
When I first started daily dosing of Cialis, I would get nosebleeds at the drop of a hat. Checked BP, ran a CBC and both values were good. Did a bit of quick reading and saw that nosebleeds were a reported side effect. Have been running it for a while now with no issues.
Don't ignore the headaches. If they continue, go see the Dr./NHS. Do you wear any type of corrective lenses, Zeus?

Thanks for sharing your experience. Im not long into takig cialis daily so it very well might be that. Ive discontinued cialis but kept the nolva in this morning.

No i dont wear any sort of lenses fortunately my eyesight is pretty alright

Sex headache has now become workout headache instead. Though it seems to be going away. Ive discontinued nolva and cialis.

If it clears up i will reintroduce cialis

The trigger, right before ejaculation, sounds like a Alpha1 agonist. They are involved in ejaculation in males and pupil dilation.
Amioderone, a Potassium channel blocker for coronary problems, can cause visual disturbances and doesn't get along well with Tamoxifen (Nolva).
If not the above, it is unlikely to be the Nolva.
Or, maybe this is further confirmation that you should become a priest?

That was some fancy words! The headache during sex had completely dissappeared thankfully. Still pounding during training.
