Body more sensitive to supporting supplements on cycle?

I am noticing the difference in my body when I take my supplements at night or I actually forget to. I can feel more lethargic and or "run down."

This is usually later in the day hours after a very intense workout which they have been, on cycle the weight has been increased alot and I've pushed the intensity.

    Daily I am taking:

    B12
    Vitamin D
Vitamin C (added because I got sick a few times)
    Mens Multi Vitamin
    Probiotic
    Greens Supplement
    Fish Oil

Cycle: 500mg Test E, Proviron , Anavar , Norditropin. Started HCG this week on Monday.
