18.9 would probably have been your hemoglobin level. Just as a general rule of thumb your hematocrit value is somewhere in the neighborhood of three times your hemoglobin value unless you are anemic or have hemochromatosis.
Most of us older guys on TRT (I'm 53), make donating blood a regular part of our routine and it looks like donating blood would be beneficial to you as well (as an added bonus you are helping others as well).
Also, you'll probably find that if you break your injections up into smaller amounts and inject 2 times/ week, you'll have less issues with high hematocrit.
I definitely wouldn't add nandrolone at this stage but instead get stabilized on a more frequent injection schedule. Depending on the type of test used, nandrolone can make your serum T value read higher than it actually is.
I encourage you to visit our TRT area and do some reading to help you adjust your TRT to a better protocol.

Do you have sleep apnea? Having low oxygen levels all night will raise it.
