B complex + Multi v's During cycles
Hi, it's been a while since I post here, I've been active and skimming through every now and then.
My stats, 5'7 240lbs 12-15 % bf
Cycling in and out for almost 10 years now, let's say I've done a cycle a year. Nothing but cyp and nolva. I don't take any supplements at all, not even multi's or glutamine.
I'm starting a new cycle, the usual 500mg test cyp a week, nolva on hand. I know how cyp works with m y body so I always have some 20mg hanging around.
I decided to take some multi v's and to inject some B complex as well with my current cycle (b1, b6, b12).
I wanted to ask you guys your opinions on this, no fancy animal pak multi's or anything like that, just a regular otc multi plus the b complex injection.
- Basically my questions are:
-How often should I inject the b complex?
-Could there be any extra strain on my liver from intra muscle b complex + multi's during a test cyp
cycle that I should be aware of?
-What benefits could I expect from shooting b complex and multi's during a cyp cycle?
