Body Fat: How high i am? - Equipoise
Would you guys help me, where is my body fat? Im guesing 13/14% but may be lower.
Im trying to figure this out in order to set the compunds for my Cutting Cycle.
I'd like to improve my chest during this cycle since i feel its getting way too small compared to my shoulders/back. Any tips for this are more than welcome!

Definitely have pretty low bf i think you would definitely benefit more from bulking at this point.

Age height weight cycle history? Your looking good bro are you natural? You might have to sacrifice those abs if you wanna add to your chest lol. Of course if you do a bulk now, you can always do a cut for your next cycle

My first cycle was logged on the site; Test E one with 4 weeks of winstrol at the end, gains were sick. (this was a year ago).
Right now im almost 26, 1.86cm and i weight around 90kg. I assume my bodyfat is low since im getting veins on my stomach and lower abs if im not bloated food-wise.
Training wise, i do my best to train 5 times a week with weights, on Sundays i play soccer and get full rest day on Saturday. As for diet im on a clean bulk at 3100ckals daily, macro wise all im trying to do is hit 240P and then just fullfill the rest flexible.
My diet is not strict at all; pretty much flexible, but i eat clean most likely every single week day getting some cheat meals during Weekends (wich usually happens on friday night: Pizza and during saturday night: sometimes Ice Cream or another dessert.
My highest weight last cycle was around 100kg; my weight this morning was 90.3kg.

Of test works for you then you can just repear the cycle. Maybe add more test and try another oral. Theres really no in between when it comes to cutting or bulking. 3100 cals sounds fine off cycle but if you have a fast metabolism you probably need even more, especially on cycle.
Eq is a slow and mellow compound i dont think thats what you need unless you plan on doing a longer cycle like 14-16 weeks. If you want to stay hard and lean you could just do another test cycle with something like anavar or tbol. If you want to add mass you can try dbol but you will risk losing that “chiseled” look. Whatever you do just keep things simple. No sense in messing with a bunch of different compounds when you can do great with just test and an oral.

The thing about VAR is the pumps it gives; i play soccer and people around the forums are always complaining about the pumps. While on winstrol i felt some bad shin/calves pumps and made me think about stopping it. Thats why i dont think im going to use winstrol or var during the end of this cycle.
I love soccer and i heard Equi gives a nice boost endurance wise. My body reacts really well to Test but im also scared of trying something like Deca and get deca dick for months after it.

Deca dick refers to ed from high prolactin. Easily combatted with caber or prami. Ancilleraries are just as important as your actual gear.
Funny thing is you also hear about “tren dick” which i assume is when you can never reach climax during sex and some guys brag about it lol. Despite the fact that high prolactin can cause both issues. Everybodys different.
Regardless you dont need deca in a 2nd cycle. Like i said if you wanna do eq i think youd have to make it a somewhat long cycle to see the gains and be worth the shut down. I guess you have to try it to know for sure how your body responds!
