Please analyse my Blood Work

This is my Blood work which arrived today. I gave the sample yesterday.
Previously, my test was 408(about in Jan 2018) but this time it's 537 maybe because I started giving my body rest and lessen my faptimes.
But I had this problem with my liver back then too(I was told I had jaundice) and it's still there. (I have been alcohol free for like an year now just to be clear)
I have never taken any form of steroid.
Please look into it and suggest me appropriate course of action.

Your numbers are only slightly off. If you had a problem before, what did they tell you? I suspect if you get your vitamin D in check and add some foods that reduce billrubin (radishes, tomatoes, other red vegetables) and a higher fiber diet, it will fall within range. If not, you'd probably want to see your dr.

I wish I had your test #'s. Without TRT, mine will fall into double digits.

I don't know my blood's come off as slightly thicker guess I will see my doctor and will follow your advice too bro.
I will quit fapping for a month now and will test again I am sure the testo numbers will increase.
Also, I take Vitamin D 2000 IU tab once a day should I make it twice a day?
Is getting TRT injection every week twice a hassle?

I get sub-Q pellets inserted every 6 months so I have never had to do shots for TRT. For the other stuff, never had any problems.

Vitamin D, research it and see how much your body can take. I don't know if you expel it or not. I just take a multi and sit in the sun for a few hours. That seems to work for me.

You need your free test numbers. Free is what your body has available. The rest is bound and not useable by your body. So if you have 1.5-2.5% (pretty normal range) unbound available Your free T would be 8-13ng/dl (ref 5-21ng/dl).

I am going for a test again after 2 weeks and will get free test this time

I suggest multivit with iron.
and clean up ur diet.

If ur gonna start a cycle, id suggest trying to get on a statin as going on testosterone will rise ur cholesterol

otherwise ur labs r fine

I will be meeting with my doctor this weekend to get my liver in check.
