week 1-8 caber .25mg 2x/week
week 1-8 adex .25mg eod

nolva 6 weeks 40/40/20/20/20/20 or 10 (last week)
clomid 4 weeks 100/50/50/50

getting mixed reviews about hcg from close friends (one is a pro bber) suggesting hcg after the cycle..

goal is to recomp while putting on just a little more size. diet is in check and so is training. just tired of trying to get leaner the natty way, i get way to flat..
