    High red blood cell count

Hey, 1 on 1mL test cy a week. (From my doctor). My red blood cells get high on test cy. Is there any other test that can take that won’t raise my rbc?

Test cyp is testosterone bound to the cypionate ester. All testosterone is testosterone. The different esters (cypionate, enanthate , propionate , undecanoate) just make it so they are released slower or quicker.

250mg cyp is a lot for a TRT dose and if done long enough I'd bet you would get high RBC eventually. Think of it this way, a man in their prime produces 35-70mg pure testosterone per week. That is 100mg testosterone cypionate (70% test 30% cypionate ester by weight) and yes real TRT doses are at 80-100mg test e/cyp... Go higher and you are bound to have symptoms of excess test like high RBC

No, just donate blood every couple of weeks and drink a lot of water.

    I would donate blood
Every couple weeks but the Red Cross only allows blood donation every 6 weeks.

donate at red cross and donate at your local blood bank. They do not share donation records so you can go back and forth and donate every 30 days

You can also just buy a blood bag and DIY. That's when my hematocrit gets too high.

Consider dropping your dose of test. Very few men actually need 200 + mgs of test for hormone replacement.

I was tired of driving around town trying to donate blood. The first thing I tried was to stand in the shower and just let the blood drain down my arm into a cup. It was a mess and I couldn't really tell how much blood came out because of the water from the shower getting into the cup. Then I got some blood bags off the internet, reclined in the tub, and let the blood into the bag. I didn't drip one drop of blood. Everything went right into the bag. It was perfect. Yeah, it's a little crazy but it works well.

High RBC count and TRT/AAS seems to get worse with age. Best thing you can do is donate to keep it down.
Also you may want to try lowering your AAS/TRT dosages.

Great answer. Also know that with frequent donating and aging comes the risk of anemia so keep an eye on your iron levels.
