week 1-10 tren Acetate 75mg + propionate 50mg (EOD) same syringe.

week 7-12 anavar 50mg (daily)

week 13-16 clen 40mcg (daily)

week 17-18 HCG 1500IU in (Saturday once a week)with nolva 40mg and clomid 50mg (daily)

week 19-20 nolva 20mg and clomid 25mg (daily)


200g protein, 150g carb, 50g fat.

the first cycle was Test E + EQ for 12 weeks.

Your arimidex dosage and timing is way off. The half life is around 2 days and you should be taking it EOD or E3D and split up the dose. You should do the math on how much test and aromatization you're getting and adjust your AI with bloods of previous cycle.

Equipose has a half life of 14 days, you are going to inhibit the effects of the SERMs as you'll have lots of boldenone in your blood circulating.

HCG throughout the cycle at 250iu twice per week and no need to worry of testicle shutdown... Your HCG plan might not work in bringing them back.

1850 calories is a tiny amount even for the last stages of a very hard cut. You should start a cut 500 cals below maintenance.

the issue is I do not have bacteriostatic water for HCG only the water for pregnyl and the effective day is 3 days also we have 1500 iu or 5000 iu because that I prefer to use it during the pct.
any other option to save HCG more than a week?

week 1-12 EQ 500mg (once a week) EQ will hold water and is normally used in a bulk cycle. I would drop EQ if you're cutting.

week 1-10 tren Acetate 75mg + propionate 50mg (EOD) same syringe. I would run the Test Prop at 75mg/wk. The Tren is ok. Have you run Tren before? You may experience bad sides.

week 7-12 anavar 50mg (daily) If you're running Tren the var will do little for you. Save your money or save the var for another cycle.

week 13-16 clen 40mcg (daily) That's a pretty low dose but it should work. Run Ketotifen along with the clen to reset the

I've made comments but I think this cycle may be a train wreck. You're not ready to run Tren IMO. If you want to cut, run Test/Mast. Stay away from Tren until you have 5 or 6 cycles under your belt.

Haven't tried this myself but I have read it's possible to mix with the sodium chloride and quickly pull 250iu HCG in slin pins, that would make 20 slin pins, and freeze them and thaw only when you'll use them. Though not optimal as sodium chloride breaks down the HCG quickly... As does thawing it after freezing... I'd just get some bac water.

Haven't used EQ seems not so useful with such a long ester and pretty much everyone reporting almost no gains to be made... Seems like a waste of money but what do I know haven't even tried

IMO since you have short ester prop why not go for a short cycle with test prop and mast prop like scotch advised. Less time waiting for it to kick in, same gains, in and out quick... PCT starts 2 days after last pin compared with like a month after EQ shot lol.

Please post your previous cycle so that we can know how your body responds to anabolics and aromatase inhibitors. We cannot recommend any dosage before we know your previous cycles. Distributing the arimidex dosage of 1 mg to whole week would be better than taking it once a week, IMO.

Make your own bacteriostatic water if necessary. Very simple process if you have access to distilled water, benzyl alcohol, and .2 micron syringe filters.

Ok I am gonna say it you asked all of these guys their thought on what you posted for a cycle. They are veterans of the game they know what they are talking about with that being said at your size you have not even put a good base on to even begin to think about doing a cycle let alone Tren ace. You should not even be considering tren. Stick to test only for now and learn to eat. Eating enough is harder than it sounds.

I think a lot of new guys hear "learn how to eat" and take it as a shot at them being skinny or light.

its more a serious suggestion, learn how to eat means knowing what foods are quickly stored as fat, and what foods are great sources of energy and help build lean mass without much "spill over"

It’s real easy research it your self instead asking you will learn more at his weight he doesn’t eat if he did he would be bigger I just got off a run and put 30 lbs on I got up to 8 meals a day about 5 grand in cal chicken beef rice pasta sweet potatoes it’s not hard.
