First cycle I may have a problem

I just started a 500mg week I’m doing 250ml twice a week of test e and I’m on day 5. This is my first cycle ever I just shot my second injection and I’ve been using .25mg arimidex eod for ai. I noticed a small bump just to the left of my left nipple and when I squeezed it seemed to pop like a pimple. I haven’t noticed any signs of gyno as far as itchiness goes, soreness, or sensitivity though, but this pimple has me a little concerned. I’m thinking of upping my arimidex tomorrow and possibly getting into my nolva. What do you guys think is this a sign of something bad or am I just being paranoid here?

Not gyno. Sounds like you should keep learning.

You were right. Looks like it was just a zit looks like it’s completely gone now. I’ve never had an zit on my nipple so that freaked me out a bit.

My nipples do feels incredibly soft though. Still not like sore, or sensitive. Just soft which of course is also unusual. You’re absolutely right I definitely need to keep reading, it seems like there’s a lot more involved here then I initially might have thought.

Ive got another blood panel coming up so I’ll know for sure soon. I will definitely say that until this little issue it has definitely been working. Ive felt better then I can remember feeling in years and my libido has been amazing.

I really appreciate the response I’m sorry if these have been stupid questions. I definitely have a lot more to learn here.

Thanks a lot. I can tell this is going to be an extremely valuable asset goin down this journey. I’m completely back to normal. Managing symptoms well and right on track. This little scare has me a bit concern d though. Maybe I’m not ready for this yet, maybe I should just bail on the cycle and spend a lot more time reading and learning and when all my labs are completely back to normal try it again later when a little less jumpy and more confident. Part of me wants to just barrel right through though and continue as planned. I thought I ha an issue and I don’t and I seem to be managing the symptoms well so why not just keep on going? What do you guys think does it sound like I’m ready for this?

Won’t be able to get my blood results for another week. I was a bit worried when I posted this initially so I took 40mg nolva and 1mg arimidex . Is that a serious problem? I’m thinking I could just stop the nolva and continue with arimidex eod, but the half life of nolva is like 5-7 days. Would that be an issue? I read this it is possible they could interfere with each other. Should I continue with the nolva till my results come in just to be safe or would that cause more problems then solutions? My nipples are starting to feel soft again. Though I can’t remember taking note of how they normally get before I started this cycle so I could just be imagining it since there don’t seem to be any other symptoms right now. What do you guys think?

    Totally unnecessary to do.
    You have anxiety right now.
Problems don't arise in 5 days. It's just not possible.
I'd now suggest taking the rest of the week off of your adex and start it again next week.

Bottom line. Find a way to calm down or abort the cycle.

Ditto. You are doing it right starting with test only run, it will allow you to see how test at those levels work for you. There is a mental component to your first run. Dont freak yourself out. Depending on where your estrogen levels were, you may feel a little shitty for a day or two after that 1mg arimidex if your estrogen gets too low. The body will level it out, dont get inside your own head. Test only run is very forgiving. If theres somethin wrong you will feel it. You havent been running it long enough to even get a level built up to cause any issues yet, so dont start tossing in other drugs willy nilly, it will only lead to more issues

Research will help you feel more confident with the process. Read and look up information on what you are doing and putting into your body!
