Hey everyone.
Looking into starting my first cycle and trying to read up on the proper way to do everything.
Planning on doing a preset cycle of:
500 mg of Test Enath for 10 weeks
.5 mg of Anastrozole per day for 10 weeks
40 mg of Methan per day
I'm assuming I need to do hcg even though it doesn't come in the stack and I'm taking something to suppress estrogen levels throughout the 10 weeks?
Shoot it twice a week same days as the Test, 250mcg each shot, total 500mcg a week.
Dont do Methan... Just stick with Test E... even tho Im a fan of Test P for a first cycle... Read my blog for my perspective of it. The link is under my name.
Stay away from orals at this time. Stick with one substance at this time. Test only first cycle. That way if u have an adverse reaction, then u know what it is. If u do 2, then u dont know what it is, either the test or the methan? u dont know.... also Methan ( im assuming dianabol? ) isnt that great and it'll just bloat u up then ull lose it when u stop
The anastrozole is fine for AI. It is debatable to use it however, When i cycled i didnt use an AI, and i didnt have s/e. U dont want to tank ur estrogen levels cuz low estrogen levels will have similar effects as high estrogen levels.. its all in the in the proportions of testosterone/estrogen in ur body. As for a first cycle, u dont know how ur body will react to supraphysiologic testosterone and if ur gyno prone. So u dont know yet. So up to you. For myself, I dont use an AI when i cycle. But i know im gyno prone as i had pubertal gyno so i use Nolva on cycle and im good.
Use HCG on cycle, 250iu 2x a week. That is a must. Helps keeps ur testes functioning and helps recovery. It keeps intratesticular testosterone volume up which speeds up recovery time. Very important.

Good advice above. .5 daily adex is entirely to much and will crash your E2. For a first cycle I'd suggest a minimal amount of AI to learn how you respond to everything. Better safe than sorry until you get more experienced. Then make a determination whether you choose to go without or run nolva in its place. It's a learning process.
The stack that I got also included Deca (they accidently sent me the intermediate instead of beginner) w/ a dosage of 250 mg/week. Could that be why they were recommending the .5 daily adex?
For a little more about me...I'm 28. Been working out for about 6 years now pretty consistently. I'm 5'9, 170 not much body fat. My problem has always been keeping weight on. Feels like I need to be eating at all hours of the day to make it work.
Really was interested in doing a run through on this to see the results and we'll see where it goes from this.
Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get HCG or is that against forum policy? I was going to use the same place but the shipping takes quite a while.

If you're confident in using the same place then order up. No problem starting hcg a bit later in the cycle.
The above advice is good, but to answer this question more directly; the HCG isn't an anti estrogen, you take it to help your testes from shrinking and making you're PCT plan work a little better.Quote:

I've been reading about HCG and all the mixing and measuring seems confusing to my simple brain.
HCG comes in a couple of sizes so get the 5000iu vial. Mix 2cc of water in the vial to reconstitute the HCG. Use a 1cc insulin pin the draw the HCG. Each 10 ticks on the insulin syringe will be 250iu. Pin that twice a week.
