Bodyfat % is around 12% abs are visiable

First cycle:

aromasin (12.5) or arimidex (0.5), on mon, wed, fri,

• Test (400mg) for 4 weeks injection then 8 weeks of (500mg)

• Vitam C , every day, once a day

HCG 1(500) twice a week on week 11,12,13,14 totoal=1000 a week

PCT total time is 6 weeks. PCT starts week 14

clomid 50 mg for 4 weeks and 25mg for 2 weeks every day
nolvadex 40 mg for 2 weeks then 20mg for 4 weeks every day.

Questions:
What else is needed?
Do I need to donate blood to decrese the hemoglobin levels to prevent clotting?
My biggest goal is to look great for the summer even though the ultimate goal is to look great all year around
Should I run HCG during cycle? what are the doses?
Is a 16 week cycle benefits out weight the risks? My cycle is 12 weeks excluding PCT
Is 6 weeks PCT long?
Is it ok if I take one aromasin(12.5) and the other day arimidex(0.5).

My biggest goal is to look great for the summer even though the ultimate goal is to look great all year around.

It's the hematocrit that you should be looking at. I donate blood when my level gets too high.

You're starting at the right time. I would recommend you run an 8 week Test Prop cycle. It's faster than a Test E cycle but you might get a little more acne. Make sure you wash with anti-acne body wash everyday.

Yes, 250iu twice a week.

16 weeks cycle + 2 weeks rest + 4 week PCT is 5 and a half months if you want to look good for summer, run a shorter 8 week Test Prop cycle

Is 6 weeks PCT long?
4 weeks is good enough

Your diet will determine how you will look after your cycle. Work up a clean diet. I see guys put as their diet "eating clean" but most guys don't even know what that means. Really, go through the diet section and work up a good diet and post it for comment.

No need to start at 400 then bump it up. Just start at 500.
I'm more concerned that your free T is low at your age. Would have been nice to have your shbg level, which is probably higher causing this.

Aromasin doesn't work as arimidex . Aromasin needs to be taken once per day minimum. Check this thread for info https://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-...rdosed-ai.html

Aim to keep stable levels of estrogen so smaller doses of any AI will have you feeling better than rollercoaster rides every week.
