but you wouldnt be doing much... typical dosage for gyno is 20mg

I did it cuz I had some nipple tingling and the extremely tiny sized lump ive had since,puberty started to grow. I'm only using test e tho it seemed to help I havent done bloods yet to,confirm anything. I started to feel bizarrely emotional about stupid shit after about 2,weeks which is unusual for me so I stopped, but the nipple isnt driving my crazy anymore.

I got exceusiating headaches during climax and training (high bp activities)
That felt like something inside my head was bleeding on 20mgs per day so theres that side effect that may appear but ive not heard anyone else experience that.

If you tolerate nolva then no, can’t see the big issue.
BUT, personally I can’t stand SERMS, wouldn’t take one unless absolutely necessary.
I’m not normal though.

Can’t see any issue, I know some who even use nolva for bloat; that is, they use it instead of an AI.

Nothing wrong with 10 mgs Nolva on cycle. I've run it countless times as an adjunct to adex when I felt a little more prevention was needed. Plenty of guys run it this way. Hell, my doc scripts it for me and has for years.

It doesn’t matter that you run nolva alongside an AI. Actually I could see the argument that’s it’s good to run nolva then, as it works like estrogen in many tissues, and could have beneficial effects on cholesterol.
AIs are quite specific inhibitors and I don’t think they have many interactions with other meds but I’ll have to look that up, but in theory.

Personally only need 10mg EOD for gyno control, just bare in mind itchiness is not gyno.

The danger of using tamoxifen is that it promotes the formation of blood clots. No idea the danger there is in a low dosage situation, take it together with mini aspirin to mitigate this.

The other situation is the reduction in endogenous GH production, which has been documented in some studies. Again no idea how this stands up in a low dosage situation.

Every drug has side effects, some good, some bad. If you need it take it.

You could do it. I used to say one or the other but I've seen impressive results when small amount of each are used.
