    3rd cycle suggestions

    Hi guys,

So I am on my second cycle (300 deca /500 test blend). Will start my third cycle after finishing 2nd cycle PCT.

Here is details of 3rd cycle which I am planning to run: (per week)

    700-800mg Deca
    700-800mg test blend
    500mg tren e

Can anyone suggest me a better plan. I have 6-8 months to get bulk and ripped

At 132lbs you need to learn how to eat, above 2000 calories this time, more like 3000. Pointless to even run a cycle at your stage. You need years btw no injections will save you from putting in the effort.

I don't have scale at my home, but I can bet my body weight should be ~ around 140-143lbs. It will still take 4 months to finish my current (2nd) cycle with PCT. I am planning to enter into competitions, and I have 1 year time in total. I had never noticed but on second cycle, my lower leg muscles become as hard as steel with beautiful cuts. I am on strict diet (high protein, low carb, no fat). I really appreciate all forum members who don't suggest aas to people of my age group, but it is true, "you have to pay for what you get".

No, you have to earn it, you're childish with your mentality. It literally sounds as if you just sit at home, inject, and hope you'll look like a statue when you wake up. Your diet is horrible too.

Sorry for the harshness mate but saying it for your own good. I have read your previous threads. You have a very bad approach to all this and think the solution is just more gear.

I am not doing workout at gym for next 15 days as I have to move to other state. Yeah I do regular exercise daily, and burn 800-1200cal a day. That's why my cal intake is low at this moment.

I know your have gone through my previous threads when you mentioned my body weight. When I was 20, my weight was below 110lbs, started gym in 2016(imo), spent 2 hrs daily in gym. Did lots of cardio and other workouts, diet was something similar to beast, tons of rice, wheat, cereals, oats corn flakes, milk(meat occasionally), and what I got is 150+ body weight, with a belly like pregnant women in a year. Then I lost hope that I can do this naturally, and then challenge for me was to get rid of that tummy. So I come to this site and started Albuterol+keto cycle, and dropped my calorie intake to something nearly 500-800 a day. It worked like magic, dropped my body weight from 150 to 120 within 2-3 months (not remembered correctly). Then started test blend cycle, but as was having no previous experience, ended cycle in 7 weeks because of unbearable pip, muscle cramps and soreness, and with no gain. But as soon as I stopped my cycle, body started growing like I had expected, got muscles and weight. Then I did lots of research on gears like side effects, time to get results, good cycles and so on. One of my old friend who started gym in early 2013, went for competition last March. I am also planning to join next year competition which is going to held in Q1 of next year.

I started out at 125lbs at 5ft7. Before I touched AAS I got to 170lbs with full abs, and could deadlift 464lbs for 4 reps. We are all different in what we can achieve both naturally and on gear, but it is very clear you have little training experience and knowledge in nutrition. Your friends are influencing you in a bad way and your solution to any problem seems to be to just take a bunch of drugs without knowing what side effects they cause.

a general intense 1 hour weight training session burns maybe 300 cals at the most. what the heck are you doing thats burning 1200 cals a day ?
also if your burning that many cals from your training, why would your dietary calorie intake be low,, you'd want it to be high not low.

on a side note.. no way does someone as light as you need 1300 mg per week of Nandrolones

Are you really burning 1200cals/day? That's endurance athlete type of training. No bueno for bulking. Stop doing those endurance workouts. Lift weights as your primary source of exercise and do 20 mins of moderate cardio three times a week if you need to lose fat. Bulking is when you put as many calories as you can into your body and expend calories in the most efficient manner to build muscles.

    Doing what?
Its possible but extremely hard. At your current weight thats like 40% of your bodyweight. That would be like me gaining over 100lbs in a year. No it wont happen but you can aim high and keep training and eating. It does not happen overnight.

No meaning this rude at all but its just facts brother.
Try and fail and try and fail. Thats the physique game my friend. Thats why a muscular physique is an art symbol. It takes time and finess like a sculpture.

Wake the hell up bud listen to what these knowledgeable guys are telling you. At your age and weight you need to learn to eat to put size on and you sure do not know how to right now. I was a endurance athlete doing several triathlons a year and I ate like a horse. Now with recent knee surgery I can not run so back at trying to put size on. At the age of 44 starting weight of 200 I eat probably around I would guess 4500 to 5000 cal a day trying to put mass on. You young guys kill me my gym is full of a lot of guys like you I sit there at the end of my work out and drink my shake with egg whites almond milk bananas blueberries and oats in it and it’s all natural while you all scoop this nasty shit out and drink it down from the vitamin shop and ask how I have put size on and then don’t want to listen. I for one do not know how these senior members keep there cool with you all, cause you all piss me off thinking that you don’t have to earn or work your ass off for what you want. Sorry for the rant y’all I just had some young kid at the gym ask and then not want to listen waste of time lol.

Low carbs AND no fat in your diet...???? So what are you eating like 1,500 calories a day?? That would be 375 grams of protein and carbs then if there's no fat. That's a WHOLE lot of protein for a guy your size....

Doesn't sound right to me bro. And if it is right then you should change your diet immediately because you're not going to grow with low carbs and no fat!

You need one of those as your energy source...

I highly recommend that you get more familiar with a bulking diet. There are many good threads in the diet/nutrition forum.

The steroids won't do much for you if you aren't taking in the proper nutrients to let them do their job

Heh, if only it were that easy. I started a 150, am currently 184, and it took a year and a half. I’m also about to have to bump up my food again, as my weight increases have nearly stopped (0.19 lbs. avg weekly gain) at 3400 per day.

Keep in mind that I was never a “hardgainer” either, as I used to be a fat shit at 265 lbs. until a few years ago.
