Why HCG during cycle?

I was watching a video from Rich Piana, and he had a pretty good insight on why not to run HCG during a cycle and only for after your last pin, because when using any AAS, you immediately 'turn off' your gonads, right? so why would you want to add something else to send signals to your gonads to tell them to 'turn back on' so you're telling them to do two things at once? Why not just wait after cycle to 'turn them back on' ? because they're going to be 'off' during cycle anyway.
