Thought I’d log this blast, Starting tomorrow.
Stats: 25 Y/O, 87kg, 5ft 10 12ish % BF.
Gear experience: 8-10 cycles, have used: Test P/E/C, Tren A/E, Deca, NPP, Mast, Anavar, Dbol, HGH, GHRP-6, IGF1 Lr3 & CJC 1295 with DAC, All the PCT drugs (when I used to PCT)... think that’s about it apart from AI/Caber.
Training:-
Sets, reps and exercises vary, I play it by feel. I implement various approaches in order to reach failure... I train low volume, high frequency, high intensity. 5-6x Per week and just rotate the below split e.g Push, Pull, Legs Rest, Push Pull Legs, Rest etc..
Pre workout: 150 Calories CV
Day 1: Push
Day 2: Pull
Day 3: Legs & Abs
Nutrition:-
I don’t track, I eat intuitively. Have tracked for so long I can rufly gauge where i stand. If I do gain unwanted fat I’ll tone it back slightly, if I’m not gaining enough weight I’ll throw in another meal...
Gear:-
Orals
Wk 1-5: Dbol 40mg ED
Wk 5-7: Dbol 30mg ED
Wk 7-10: Dbol 20mg ED
Wk 1-16: AI .25mg EOD
Wk 1-16: Caber 0.5mg MON/THUR
Injectables
Wk 1-3: Tren A 350mg
Wk 1-10: Tren E 200mg
Wk 1-16: Test 750mg
Wk 1-16: Deca 750mg
Wk 1-16: Mast 400mg
Will split injections Mon/Wed/Thur for long esters, Tren A every other day.
No PCT, Back to TRT/Cruise dependant on what my next move is/protocol I decide to implement.
Initially I wasn’t going to add Tren but I had some that’s been sat in my draw for x amount of time, so thought I’d kick start with the ace and add 200mg per week of the E.
I will post weekly weigh ins; and just update as I go/when things change.
Plan is to gain as much lean mass as possible and tighten up slightly.
