    Cycle Log.

    Hey.

    Thought I’d log this blast, Starting tomorrow.

    Stats: 25 Y/O, 87kg, 5ft 10 12ish % BF.

    Gear experience: 8-10 cycles, have used: Test P/E/C, Tren A/E, Deca , NPP, Mast, Anavar , Dbol , HGH, GHRP-6, IGF1 Lr3 & CJC 1295 with DAC, All the PCT drugs (when I used to PCT)... think that’s about it apart from AI/Caber.

    Training:-

    Sets, reps and exercises vary, I play it by feel. I implement various approaches in order to reach failure... I train low volume, high frequency, high intensity. 5-6x Per week and just rotate the below split e.g Push, Pull, Legs Rest, Push Pull Legs, Rest etc..

    Pre workout: 150 Calories CV

    Day 1: Push
    Day 2: Pull
    Day 3: Legs & Abs


    Nutrition:-

    I don’t track, I eat intuitively. Have tracked for so long I can rufly gauge where i stand. If I do gain unwanted fat I’ll tone it back slightly, if I’m not gaining enough weight I’ll throw in another meal...

    Gear:-

    Orals
    Wk 1-5: Dbol 40mg ED
    Wk 5-7: Dbol 30mg ED
    Wk 7-10: Dbol 20mg ED
    Wk 1-16: AI .25mg EOD
    Wk 1-16: Caber 0.5mg MON/THUR

    Injectables
    Wk 1-3: Tren A 350mg
    Wk 1-10: Tren E 200mg
    Wk 1-16: Test 750mg
    Wk 1-16: Deca 750mg
    Wk 1-16: Mast 400mg

    Will split injections Mon/Wed/Thur for long esters, Tren A every other day.

    No PCT, Back to TRT/Cruise dependant on what my next move is/protocol I decide to implement.

    Initially I wasn’t going to add Tren but I had some that’s been sat in my draw for x amount of time, so thought I’d kick start with the ace and add 200mg per week of the E.

    I will post weekly weigh ins; and just update as I go/when things change.

    Plan is to gain as much lean mass as possible and tighten up slightly.

    Question: 200mg Tren E, how do you think this will affect cholestrol levels? I know Tren kills your HDL but I haven’t ran it this low before.

    FYI, I have zero cholesterol problems, this is purely out of curiosity.

    if you have genetically good HDL , say its in the 40s and a low dose of tren only drops it to mid 30s then your fine Imo.. if you genetically have low HDL to begin with, like low 20s, then the percentage that it will lower HDL is increased.
    also how long you plan to run it makes a difference . as well as what your staking it with, say you were in contest prep and running a lot of an AI plus Winny, which both effect your HDL, then the Tren will add to that.

    Ok thanks, my HDL from my most recent BW was .7 mmol/l which I think is 27mg/dl ... Concerns me a bit. Tbh though when I had this blood done I was 5 days into a NPP/Test Prop cycle so probably a bit out.

    LDL was 1.3mmol/l which I think is 50 mg/dl

    Aha, i don't think so to be honest. for me its a decent cycle, for some people its a baby cycle, depends on where you stand I guess.

    So i have only been off my last cycle for 5 weeks (TRT), last cycle was just an 8 week re-comp of tren and NPP. This was after being off EVERYTHING inc test for 5 months, due to trying to recover (failed) and sorting out TRT which I have now sorted with a private medical centre here in UK. Shits expensive!

    But anyway..

    I was going to wait to run this cycle, but blood work came back fine apart from HDL a tad low.

    Thought i would smash this out, then take a good break and dial in my TRT. (I am running my prescribed TRT within this cycle with the UGL's)

    1st Jabs today. 2ml in right glute, 2ml in left quad.

    300 Deca
    300 Test
    200 Mast
    100 Tren A
    20mg Dbol taken this morning, will take another 20 tonight.
    .25mg Arimidec
    .5mg Caber.

    With the Test/Deca /Mast, do you still jab them every 3.5 days? I want to run this stack for my next cycle. Caber is for prolactin right because of the deca?

    This is how im doing it, but you can do it whichever way suits you best!

    Monday; 300 deca , 300 test, 200 masteron
    Wednesday: 150 Deca, 150 Test (I also do Tren E this day 200mg)
    Friday: 300 deca, 300 test, 200 masteron

    Tren A EOD.

    Yeah caber for prolactin.

    25.04.18 (no weigh in today, ill be doing this weekly)

    Smashed back and bi's last night.

    Intensity is high, focus is strong. Wont bore you with sets and reps, but 50 min sesh plus 10 mins CV. Single Arm Rows, Lat Pull Down, Low Pulls super set Straight arm pull downs, Rack pulls, Barbell Curls, Hammer Curls.

    Today I shot;

    100mg Tren A
    200mg Tren E
    150mg Test E
    150mg Deca
    Dbol 20mg AM 20mg to be taken pre workout around 5pm.

    Did my shots upon waking this morning, nothing like a bit of Tren cough to kick start your day...

    Legs tonight. Excited.

    Oh to add to the above, My appetite has all of a sudden gone crazy. Could be the dbol or tren A... All I want to do is eat, so I'm eating. All my food consumed is done intuitively, I've tracked macros for so long I can ruffly gauge where is stand.

    I think the 4k mark will be consistent throughout this cycle, maybe more when everything kicks in. Will update as i go. If i see sudden fat gain then ill control it a bit more, with that being said i can pound food and tend to hover around 12ish % BF with just a small dose of 200mg of test. So with me being on over 2g's of compounds i think ill be fine lol.

    Food sources are very clean, i don't cheat or eat shit. Healthy fats, carbs, micros and proteins.. Whole food based.

    F*****G destroyed legs last night.

    Pre exhausted with Leg extensions and then Ham curls

    Moved onto Bulgarian split squats with 70kg on the bar (single legged) sets of 8 reps, last set with just a 30kg Dbell front loaded for as many reps as i can to failure.

    leg Press, last set RPS

    Calve Raises

    Followed by 30 mins full body stretch and foam roll.

    Was fun.

    Not much to update at the moment, few small changes.. Apetite, fullness and pumps... Brutal calve pump today post legs.

    Sleeping like a baby, general well-being feels very good. Very excited for everything to “kick in”.

    02.05.18 - Weight 86.5kg.

    Lost half a kilo, have no idea why but anyway onwards and upwards, ln all honesty i think I've under eaten the past 2 days, i'm not taking into account the amount of gear i'm using which will obviously increase my TDEE, especially the tren . So i guess its time to force feed...

    Feel very full and pumped, despite the weight loss i feel strong and fuller, this will be the dbol and maybe the tren a.

    Haven't trained for the past 2 days as i twinged my left shoulder, but back in the gym tonight for a push session, nothing crazy as shoulder is still a bit numb so will mainly be isolation work! Still going to F sh*t up.

    Back and Biceps last night, it was fun.

    10 Mins - Sprints
    Lat Pull Down
    Low Pulls
    Incline Dumbell Rows SS Barbell Curls
    T Bar Rows
    Single Arm Rows
    Preacher Curls
    Lower Back Extensions

    Looks a like a lot but smashed it all out in 60 mins. 30-45 secs rest between sets. I was drenched..

    Have upped the calories by 500, decided to start tracking to make sure I am consistently eating enough food.

    Took a cialis a few days ago for fun, gave me horrible sides, blocked nose, very high body temp, red face, headaches.... This has cleared, feel much better now. Thought it was initially related to the tren but am now 100% it was the cialis. only took 12mg.. Firs time ever though.

    I will be removing tren completely, its suppressing my appetite which is completely counterproductive at the moment. Plus the acidity is unbearable…

    Bonjour.

    Taken the last two days off, as my left shoulder was still a bit weak so thought id best take a couple of days off completely, am also not going to do a push session until at least sat/sun... so a decent break for my shoulder.

    I am up another 1kg (2.2lbs) as of this morning, as i mentioned on another post i started loosing weight so i decided to start tracking my macros again to be safe, at the moment i am doing 460C 230P 80F.

    Today my food will look like this...
    Meal 1: 2 Bagels w/ Natural pb & whey protein
    Meal 2: Oats, Banana, Whey protein
    Meal 3: Rice, Tofu, Brocolli
    Meal 4: Pre workout - Coco Pops w/ Soy milk (Yes, I am a child. Cereal is the love of my life)
    meal 5: Soy burgers, cous cous & veg
    Meal 6: Whey protein, Soy milk, Banana & natural PB

    Training pull this evening, I'm thinking..

    Lat Pull Down
    Close Grip Pull Downs
    Low Pulls
    Single Arm Machine Rows
    Dumbell Curls
    Preacher Curls
    Lower Back Extensions

    Everything I do is slow, controlled, heavy always full range of motion with a big stretch. Reps vary from 8-10. Sets 3-4, depending on how taxing the exercises are. Intensity always HAF.

    Starting to feel things come together, obviously the tren has been scrapped due to it killing appetite, last shot of ace was done Monday and last shot of E was done last week Wednesday. so waiting for the ace to clear, personally dont think i will feel the E even so another week - 10 days that'll be gone.

    Feel hard, vascular and have that consistent pumped feeling... Onwards and upwards from here.

    Sup guys.

    Sitting at 88.6kg (195lbs) this morning. Started at 87kg (191lbs). Training has been ok, a bit off last week as my left shoulder was playing up but after a restful week last week I was able to smash out a big chest/shoulder session today, not a heavy session but lots of volume with a bunch of drop sets/super sets.

    Will be back to normal next week for sure training wise, food is good. Over ate the last couple of days. So will clean up over the next day or two, am in a surplus but don’t want to get sloppy so not over eating just eating what I need at around a 300-400 surplus. All whole food based, no junk.

    Gear is kicking in, pumps are unreal, feeling fuller and harder. Haven’t been able to test strength yet, I recon another 8-10 days I’ll be close enough in full swing.

    Let the gains commence!

    Oh, I started tanning today as well

    So I have decided to make a few changes to my goals for this cycle/comp. I am now going to use this cycle as a recomp/lean bulk.

    I am going to drop 3ish% BF and focus purely on lean mass as oppose to just bulking and not worrying about fat.. I don’t like looking sloppy, I perform my best at around the 10% mark.

    Moving forward, once I do get to around the 10% mark I will maintain this and just focus on lean mass, no need to get chubby. Picture attached (below) was last year, this is where I am most comfortable, I was actually doing a lean mass cycle when I took this photo, reason I have put on some unwanted BF is I did try and come off towards the end of last year which didn’t work out, during this process I gained some fat and haven’t yet tried to cut down as I wanted to gain the muscle back that I had loss, thank goodness to TRT I don’t have to go through that again…

    So my calories at the moment are now 3000 per day, I will adjust as I go/need, cardio is going to increase to an extra 50 calories per session pre workout.

    So goal this cycle is: gain 3kg of lean mass, more if possible… and drop few percent in BF to get me to around the 10% mark.

    Everything is going well, down a few lbs of fat which is great, cleaning up very nciely another week and i can play with calories and focus purely on them lean gains. Very happy so far..

    Training:

    Having some shoulder issues left shoulder weakness is still there, no pain but no strength either.... Actually managed to drop a dumbbell on my shoulder last night because it collapsed inwards... so pressing is a big no no right now.

    So moving forward, Lots of fly movements, in all honesty I get a better connection from flys than pressing movements anyway, I always feel like my shoulders over power my chest... this could be why my chest lacks size. I’ll be doing this for a couple of months just going to give my body a proper break from pressing... first time in 5 years!!!

    This is no excuse by any means I will be training everything just as hard if not harder and honestly I’m excited to see if this actually helps my chest growth... my motivation is a 10/10 and it’s staying that way despite the shoulder problem.

    Anyway, sessions will be as below for a while.

    3 days on 1 day off.

    200 Calorie CV Pre Workout

    Playing sets & reps by ear, will utilise drop sets & RPS on last sets , 45 seconds rest between sets... will mix exercises up here and there.

    Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, Quads
    Chest Flys (Various Angles)
    Lateral Raises
    Front Raises
    Weighted Press Ups (Fail)
    Leg Extensions
    Split Squats (Front Loaded)

    Day 2: Back, Calves
    Lat Pull Down
    CG Pull Down
    Seated Row Machine (High Grip)
    Single Arm Rows
    Straight leg deadlifts
    Hamstring Curls
    Calve Raises

    Day 3: Arms & Abs
    Rope H-Curls SS Rope Push Downs
    Dumbbell Curls SS CG Push Ups
    Preacher Curls
    Triangle Push Downs
    Cable Crunches Or Leg Lifts

    The Arm day is for fun... and for a day where I can be active but don’t have to tax my CNS.

    The above doesn’t look like a lot but I train until I want to vomit, my level of intensity and my ability to execute an exercise is high.

    My drugs are now

    40mg Dbol ED
    400 mast
    600 test
    600 deca

    Dropped the gear, the extra 150 test/deca was over kill, less is more. I will use thees doses when i need them but 1.5g of gear is my sweet spot at my current level.

    You're just over five weeks into this cycle right?
    Do you still plan on taking it to the full 16 weeks as planned? Or maybe cut shorter because of the adjustments you have made on the Fly?

    Quick update.

    Have dropped some body fat. Feeling harder, stronger and general well being is great... Not much to report apart from that, seems like things are "kicking in"

    Progress is great, i have tightened up well, very hard and general well being feels great. I dropped 10 lbs of fat and am looking to hold this level of boy fat and spend the rest of this cycle focusing purely on lean mass...

    I actually lied... At the moment I don't bench due a shoulder small injury but usually I bench, or opt for dbel press... I don't dead or squat though haven't in at least 4 years!

    Split Squats, leg extension, leg press, hamstring curls... All seem to do the job for me, and i get muuuuuch more activation from split squats compared to standard squats, especially front loaded.
