Test C dbol cross fit
Question... CrossFit is designed to burn fat build muscle and to get you fit. Would it make sense to run a test C and dbol cycle while doing CrossFit? Although dbol is used for bulking would it make sense to bulk muscle awhile the cross fit routine would be burning fat has anybody tried this

your muscle cells have no idea what the hell your doing routine wise, wither its bodybuilding, cross fit, olympic lifting, or power lifting. . your muscles only know mechanical tension and stress. steroids will help no matter what program or style you choose

In a study done by Dr. Tabata in 1996, it showed that HIIT training, like CrossFit burned more fat and increased VO2max in a much shorter period of time over regular cardio vascular training. As for augmenting your CrossFit with gear, I would just stay with the Test. Dbol will hold a ton of water and make you look round and puffy.

Depends what your goals are. Dbol is great for mass and strength, but most cross fitters i know aim for a harder dryer look. If youve never cycled, test will blow your mind by itself. If you must add a oral id say winstrol would be better suited for crossfit. Adds strength and hardness without packing on tons of mass.
I see what your saying though. Dbol is a wet compound but with a rigourous crossfit routine you could probably add strength without totally puffing up. Its diet dependant too.
Do crossfit gyms have bench presses yet? Lol jk

crossfit is one of the most glycogen dependent sports out there.. thats why corssfitters are known for consuming tons of carbs.
Dbol is one of the best glycogen loaders out there. it will store a ton of carbs, glucose, water, etc. in muscle cells. therefore it will increase your athletic ability in cross fit hands down.
