Sick for 2 weeks lost over 10lbs. Best way to recover?

I was sick for the last 2 weeks and could barely eat, or lift now since I'm back in the gym today I'm down over 10lbs and all of my lifts just suck. It's hard to stay motivated seeing that my last 6 months progress is basically gone. Any advice for recovering from this?

    eat and drink.
you'll put the 10lbs back on in less than a week.

Eat a bunch of carbs(350+) and drink a lot of water with it. Train until failure, should be back in a week or so

Milk. Drink 4-5 gallon in a week along with your food.

Your body will naturally go back to it's most stable weight. If you lost 10 lbs your body will naturally go back to where it's most comfortable. You will get back to your old self. Keep doing what you're doing.

Honostly this kind of blows my mind.. I had the same thing happen and lost maybe 4 pounds but lost zero strength. Only thing I know that could account for the sudden loss of strength would be less drugs in your system. Did you continue pinning while sick? Honestly its not possible to easily just burn away like that unless you had basically stopped your cycle and stopped eating at the same time... that or your enormous and your body had nothing to lose BUT muscle because your also very lean. I have no idea.

Glycogen depletion and the subsequent water loss can easily make up ten lbs. and a bit of a performance hit. That’s not even accounting for potential dehydration if the sickness involves vomiting or the green apple splatters.

It’s not uncommon at all when sick.
