Most suitable dosages of Anastrozole

0.5mg ED of anastrazole is only needed in heavy cycle. For example 1G ot testosterone with Dbol. And this is individual dependent, some may need more than others.

For a normal 500mg test cycle, the recommended dosage is 0.25mg EOD.

0.25mg EOD is an excellent place to start.

people assume that Anastrozole should be part of your cycle and thus assume some sort of starting dose is needed. its not. NOT all ASS even converts to Estrogen in the first place. Some steroids can actually lower estrogen.
heres a bunch of ones you can run and have no worry about estrogen.

Primobolan, Masteron, Tren, Winstrol, Halotestin, Anavar, EQ, Boldenone ace, MIT, 1-test... then theres Deca and NPP that aromatize very little compared to test.

you can stack any number of these compounds together in numerous combinations and cycle for years without ever having to worry about estrogen or needing an AI. if you chose to use Test as a base, then simply don't use anymore then is required to maintain sex hormone function, like 125mg per week. Or simply don't take any more then what would require you to run an AI (some guys thats 400mg and any higher they get E related negative sides, for me personally i can run a gram of test without negative e sides). high doses of test aren't needed though. keep it at 125mg per week and let all the other AAS do the work.

if your estrogen sensitive then keep test to the bare minimum and stack different combos of the listed compounds and you'll never have to worry about E related issues nor messing with taking an AI (or have to pay for them, way more $ then steroids)
