Its so bad I cant lift my arms, I pinned in the morning and it was painless until I woke up in the night in pain.
It hurts like hell, even if Im still and not doing any kind of motion, is that normal?
Its my first cycle and I pinned first time in the delts, test prop.
Can I somehow ease the pain? I really dont know how am I going to train today and I really want to. Please help.
