Best cycle for Fat Loss, endurance and longevity

Now before anyone goes crazy... yes I realize the key to fat loss is diet, diet, diet and um yeah diet...but the older I get (35) it seems more difficult or takes even longer to lose weight with diets that worked quicker just 3 or 4 years ago. My body fat is at 20% right, and last year this time it was at 34% according to electrical grip scan device. Like most people I just want to be healthy and happy, be able to get out and be active with my kids, and hopefully grand kids eventually. I'm doing a dexascan tomorrow. Calipers had me at 20, the electrical impulse was 21, and for shits and giggles I will maybe go try the chamber pods and the water dunk to compare

My goals are to be healthy long term, increase endurance and get down to 12 or 13 percent body fat. I've used test, anavar, winstrol, equipoise before.

I'm just curious what kinds of cycle you guys think are best for long term health improvement, fat loss and endurance. I won't ever compete in a fitness show or competitively powerlift but would like to maintain the most healthy body possible. We can even forget about the fatloss cause it is so closely tied to diet but what cycle do you think is best for long term health?

AAS is not for longevity. Unless you mean doctor prescribed TRT, 80-100mg test E/C per week... When your natural test is low otherwise it's better to stay natural.

Think you have some wrong ideas about what steroids are for.

Maybe I do but that's why I post, I look as steroids as being able to work harder, recover quicker, build muscle mass, perform at higher limits at an older age and I look at all those things as investments for long term health

    "Maybe...but that's why I post." I appreciate that.
Perhaps it is the wording. Sounds like your looking for rejuvenation and a physical foundation for living a better life. That's what I want also. With that in mind, it is important to know which AAS lead to that while causing the least damage to that goal?
I'm on TRT: test, and test ancillaries plus GHRP/GHGH. That is my foundation. The rest can be accomplished with application: diet and exercise. Also, perhaps some AAS, like NPP.

    Steroids are not healthy...........

PROPER Diet and Cardio is the best for fat loss and longevity. If you want help with a program on both I can give you that for free.

I've lost 60lbs in the past doing just the proper diet carb cycling and HIIT daily inside of 3 months..........but that will never happen again, lifestyle change and wisdom occurred lol........

Well thank you! I am a babe in the woods, been doing TRT for years but finally decided to test the waters and watch the documentary bigger, faster, stronger. I just bought Anabolic 11th edition, what do you guys think of that as readingaterial?

What exactly is your current TRT protocol and where does it keep both your Total T and Free T?
Not familiar with that addition but any self-education in this area is good.

If you follow a few basic rules of AAS cycles, you can run many cycles over many years with very little issues. You'll look better, feel better, and get kudo's from your peers. First things first, need to work up a good eating regiment. Notice I didn't say a "diet' plan. Diets are temporary but eating regiments is a lifestyle change. Get in the gym and start on a regular exercise program. Just doing these two things will help you drop a lot of fat. When you get your body fat down to 12% to 13% you can look at running a Test only cycle. You'll get even leaner and develop more muscular definition.

I hear what your saying, my biggest issue is consistency with diet. I'm not pounding down sugar, fried foods and just shit, but I really do need to study up and learn how to maximize my training with proper lifestyle eating changes

My current TRT protocol is .5ml of cream day, my total T is probably around 600 when used as prescribed and free T I would have to track down my labs... I appreciate your guys input, i wish you could sign up for a formal collegiate class on how to run cycles but i dont think that's happening anytime soon so your input is valuable and i take it seriously

If you eat run AAS, eat everything you want, and lift a lot of weights you're a power lifter. Who cares if a guy who benches 700lbs has a little belly fat. LOL
