Should I cycle Test-e and stana (pics)
Hey all,
I have been training for almost three years now all naturally and I have figured out diet and nutrition along with workout. Not all of it, just what works for me. And I have seen results by working out on programs that I designed for myself and dieting is not a foreign concept to me anymore. I will drop more fat soon as I have hit a plateau and am reverse dieting and increasing N.E.A.T. as of now.
Below are my photos. Is it a wise idea to cycle test-e and stana on such a body if I want to get to 8-10% bf levels and ripped muscles? Although I won't cycle until june or july but just asking for y'know, knowledge. Age is 22. Height is 5'9. Weight currently is 68kg. Do I need to lower my bf levels more?
You can also critique the physique and tell me areas to focus more.
