Hi Guys
Let me know your thoughts on this, my mate had a few tests last week and his GH has come back rock bottom. I am baffled as I can’t figure out what the problem is, all he is taking is 250mg test and 100mg winny at the moment.
He doesn’t use much gear, but he does do 36 hour fasts followed by 4 days of eating normally… He is cutting at the moment.
Anyone have any ideas?

Natural GH is pulsed throughout the day with the biggest hit coming during REM sleep. The half life of GH is short as it is metabolized in the production of IGF1. How are your mate's IGF-1 numbers? If his IGF-1 numbers are high, the pituitary could simply be slowing down the production of GH due to the fact that the exogenous Test is aiding in the production of IGF-1 as the production of IGF-1 is the anabolic reaction to androgens. GH signals the liver to product IGF-1, IGF-1 is the stuff that really build muscles.
