    Clen 30ml x 200mcg

    Hi everyone (new to the forum)

    Just a quick question regarding the clen cycle I want to start..

    This is th cycle I will be on but I am unsure how many ml's the mcgs are..

    Day 1 40mcg
    Day 2 40mcg
    Day 3 50mcg
    Day 4 50mcg
    Day 5 60mcg
    Day 6 60mcg
    Day 7 70mcg
    Day 8 70mcg
    Day 9 80mcg
    Day 10 80mcg
    Day 11 90mcg
    Day 12 90mcg
    Day 13 100mcg
    Day 14 100mcg

    2 weeks off

    Day 29 100mcg
    Day 30 100mcg
    Day 31 110mcg
    Day 32 110mcg
    Day 33 120mcg
    Day 34 120mcg
    Day 35 130mcg
    Day 36 130mcg
    Day 37 140mcg
    Day 38 140mcg ETC

    I just need to know with Clen 30ml x 200mcg, how much ml is the above mcg numbers?

    Any advice will be appreciated

    Are you saying your 30 ml (in liquid suspension???) Is equal to 200mcg, but you need help with the math?

    So if I understand correctly, your clen solution is diluted so that 30 ml = 200mcg clen.
    If that is correct, 1.5ml = 10 mcg
    15ml = 100mcg

    On another note: I'm new to this myself. Just finished 3 weeks on clen. I'm not sure you need to titrate up by 10s. My coach had me take 40mcg for a few days, then 80mcg, and eventually 120mcg. We went up as tolerated. I should mention I have a high tolerance for stimulants. Perhaps a more seasoned member could weigh in on ypur titration plans

    Eat 2 with a couple cups of coffee or a red bull and an 81mg asprin. All done. Do it twice a day 4-5 days a week.

    Clen is overrated unless you are finishing already in single digit bf%

    1ml is 200mcg so .75 would be 150mcg, .5 would be 100mcg, .25 would be 50mcg. 50mcg is still a lot of clen for the first day. You should start at one half of .25. You could also dilute the 30ml to 60ml by putting it into a bigger vial and adding water. It doesn't really have to be sterile since you're not injecting it but drinking it. @60ml 1ml is 100mcg, .75 us 75mcg, .5 is 50mcg, and .25 is 25mcg. Diluting the mixture will give you more accurate measurements.

    Clen is overrated for higher bf percentages.
    Until you get to single digits eca is better imo.
