Day 4
20/40/60/80mcg
No shakes, resting heart rate 65, workout heart rate is sometimes high (only during the leg workout)
Lost 1.4lbs but I feel like its from my diet and shitload of cardio I am doing.
Any ideas what should I do?
I dont feel like going over 80/100mcg bcs if I understand right it can be very dangerous with black market clen.. you never know if dosing is 100% accurate.:madd:
