    Advise for 2nd cycle

    My last cycle was
    Week 1-12 Test c 500mg/week
    Week 1-6 Dbol 30mg/week

    My age 26
    Regular workout from 4 year
    Height 5'8"
    Before 1st cycle weight was 64kg
    Now my weight is 73kg

    My pct also done before 30 days

    Now i plan for 2nd cycle if need changes for it then plz tell me

    Week 1-16 Test c 500mg/week
    Week 1-6 Dbol. 30mg/week
    Week 1-16 Eq 400mg/week

    My goal will 73kg to 83kg lean gain mass and strength.

    My diet is
    Calories- 3500
    Protein- 220g
    Carbo- 425g
    Fat- 90g

    taper down the dbol after week 4. Seems to work much better for me rather than stopping it immediately. Everything else looks all good to me

    Week 1-6 Dbol. 30mg/week You can run dbol a little higher at 50mg/ed. Take NAC for liver support.
    Week 1-16 Eq 400mg/week You can run EQ for bulking at 600mg/wk.

    My goal will 73kg to 83kg lean gain mass and strength.

    Carbo- 425g
    Fat- 90g
    The "lean" in lean mass comes from your diet more than the AAS. You will be able to gain weight with the macro break down you listed.

    For a second cycle I’d drop either the deca or the eq if you want to try a new compound. It’s best to only introduce one new compound at a time so you know how it effects ya.

    Or I’d reccomend just upping to test to 750.

    My second cycle was 750 test with some dbol and it’s been my favorite to date. (5-6 cycles deep thus far)
