Cutting season! Help a amateur out.

What's up my dudes. I have been busy in the gym for the past 8 months routinely and ready to bring in my 6 pack.

I'm 31, 6'0, 225lbs, lifting over 14 years, this will be my 3rd cycle. I've only done simple cycles, test e both times with nolva / clomid pct, this was 3 years ago.

I want to keep my mass and lose weight. I'll be following a strict diet but looking for an extra push. This time around I'm considering the following:

Week 1-10.......500mg Test E EW
Week 1-8...........75mg Anavar ED
Week 1-10....... Aromosin 10mg ED
Week 1-10......HCG 250iu twice a week.

PCT Week 11 (1 Week after Last Pin): Nolva at 40
PCT Week 12: Nolva at 20 Ed, Clomid at 50 mg ED
PCT Week 13: Nolva at 20 Ed, Clomid at 50 mg ED
PCT Week 14: Nolva at 20 Ed, Clomid at 50 mg ED
PCT Week 15: Nolva at 10 Ed, Clomid at 50 mg ED

My questions are:
*Do I need clomid pct or is nolva alone okay?
*Aromisin is this needed every day? Or at all? I'm prone to gyno reason I'm considering it.
*HCG - should I keep this also or is this not needed?

All looks good, will see results providing your nutrition is there.

Cycle is fine, you need 2 weeks after your last pin for the Test E to clear, 1 week is not enough time for it to drop to non super-physiological levels.

Clomid is necessary!

The armomasin can be adjusted depending on how you feel, if you start to feel estrogenic affects then add/increase/decrease…. If you are prone to gyno then yes, recommended.

HCG if you can get it use it, it will help support your chances of a smoother recovery.

1) Yes, keep the Clomid
2) Kind of depends on you, the individual. I'd be taking it for sure. Prone to gyno? I'd probably leave it in, adjust as you feel, and evaluate with blood work results after several weeks, if you can.
3) Meh. It's cheap and may aid recovery and fend off atrophy. There's several protocols for using this and this one looks fine. I'd carry it right up to pct, two weeks after, same with the Aromasin.

Pro tip: to help shed water and sodium for the extra shredded look, just think of the Jets amazing all-time post season record.

This will be a good cycle for you. Get a good diet together and do some cardio.
