Test E, Anavar and PCT! CYCLE

INFORMATION:
Hey Guys! I am planning on running my first cycle and Im looking for some input/help - not criticism. I am 5'10, 185 lbs, and around 10-12% BF. I plan to run a "low dose" test e (250mg / week) cycle with an 7 week Anavar (50mg / daily) cycle. Since I cannot get a direct answer, Im curious what some of you think about this cycle. Also..

-What should I expect to see while running this?
-What would my caloric intake look like?
-Is there anything I can change to make this cycle/PCT better and more effective?
(Minus the “lower than normal” test dose)

How old are you?

What are your goals here? Usually the first cycle people who want to look like they're bursting out of their skin don't pick a low dose/var combo...

Well, I'll leave you some broad strokes advice here... perhaps other members will chime in and offer their two cents. Your answers would help some.

I like low dose cycles. That looks kinda like one I'd like to do... maybe with a bit more var :)

However, that whole thing about how a first cycle should be test only... well, there's something to it. If you want to keep it lower I'd just hit 350mg-400mg/wk test e. Test is great, you would not be 'missing out' on something doing that instead of incorporating var.

Aromasin does not have an amazing half life, I'd break up the 25mg tabs and take about 1/3 or 1/2 ed-- but then I'm pretty gyno prone, most people probably wouldn't feel the need for very much estrogen control on 250/wk. Estrogen is a balancing act... you don't want it too low, either.

My knowledge and experience with tudca and nac expressed as a fraction: jack/shyt ... so don't associate any of my comments with your otc supps.

-Well, it'll be like using supplements that work. You put in the work and the diet and you will see the difference. +10lbs? +15lbs? No one knows for sure.
-That partly depends on your goals, partly on your body type. Macro breakdown will play an important role-- but without thinking, a cookie-cutter answer for someone about your size would probably be something near 3500cals with a 40/40/20 macro split spread over 6 meals a day.
-PCT could be made more effective by implementing an hcg protocol.

At age 20 you should reconsider but if you still want to run a cycle after reading these
