Advice on cycle + gyno

Hi,

I am 26 years of age, weighing 80kgs, and would like some advice from you guys.

I have had gyno from puberty (on the left side only) but I do believe it got bigger from previous steroid use + being careless / not having enough knowledge at the time and not treating it straight away.

I just started a cycle and I am taking 200mg masteron and 200mg test per week, injecting 2 times a week.

My only concern is that I get gyno on the right side or my left gyno eventually gets bigger, and I do feel that my body is sensitive and can easily get larger gyno or eventually have them on both sides....so, not taking any risks here and I'm taking 40mg tamoxifen a day and 1mg arimidex.

Would like your opinions... Am I taking the right amount of tamoxifen and arimidex for the dosage of roids I am using? Should I increase / decrease dosage ?

Also, can tamoxifen actually treat my current gyno or perhaps shrink it ?

Cut nolva to 20 and dex to .25 eod.
Thats a shit ton of both you are taking. You are gonna or have crashed your estrogen and it carries sides like low t.

You are taking chances. Chances of ed and depression amoung other sides.

Mast doesn't amortize and 200mg/wk of Test is slightly over TRT dose. You should drop the tamo and take .25mg of Adex every 3rd day. If you feel any sensitivity in your nipples, take Adex every other day.

So.... I did continue to take 40 mg tamofixen per day and reduced arimidex to 1mg per 2 days with my current cycle.... i am literally obsessed with gyno but, I am now suffering from ED. I was considering stopping my cycle and everything else... any help please ? my sex drive is lost and having ED just sucks. help please!

Stop the cycle butt cold let your body go back to producing test naturally if it does and don't inject any substance into your body ever again because you are too damn stoopid.

Go to a doctor and tell him what you have done. You dont need to handle this yourself you will mess that up too.

I try not to do this to anyone ever but do not ever self medicate yourself again. If you have anything in your medicine cabinet throw it away.

Those flintstones vitamins gotta go too. You will wind up overdosing. Get a new hobby, one that does not involve supplementation at all.

He tried first time round and you didn't listen.... Decrease your Nolva/AI to what Obs initially suggested and give it some time things will go back to normal.

If your that worried about gyno, stop what your doing and forget about using steroids, or alternatively have the gyno surgically removed.

Duuuuuude way too much! Wtf are you thinking lol..? Even guys on over a gram of test take no more than 1mg Adex every THREE days.... You're on trt doses taking 1mg every OTHER day..? You have 100% without a doubt crashed your estrogen and that's why you're having those symptoms...

20 mgs of Nolva is enough to completely block the receptor and keep any NEW gyno from forming. There's nothing you can do about the gyno you've had since puberty except for getting it removed.

Really appreciate everyone's help! Yes... I fucked up, never ever thought I wouldn't be able to eract but shit is real now.... I stopped tamoxifen and arimidex completely for 5 days as per doc's instructions... Will start tamoxifen again at a much lower dose as soon as things get back to normal again.

Question : Considering I have only been on tamoxifen for 3 weeks but pretty much overdosing on that shit, how long expected to take until I can have a normal eraction again really ? and did I do any permanent damage here ?

The tamoxifen didn't hurt you, the excessive dose of adex did. At only 200 mgs of test (high end TRT) you may not even have need an AI. And in your case using nolva (unreasonable dose though) you would have been fine with slightly elevated E2 levels.

When your estrogen returns to normal. Not long. Don't obsess on it, that just makes it worse.

Yeah and I would also add Proviron to your regimen as it will help blunt estrogen and help free up more test due to its effect on SHBG.

Why ask for help if you honestly don’t take it? You aren’t the first person to come here and completely ignore logical advice and you won’t be the last. It’s sad because this is not something you say I’ll take so and so and if that doesn’t work I’ll take this and that.

Look, Proviron does what Alpha said because it's a weak DHT. By no means is it a substitute for an actual AI though. You do not need to complicate things any further by adding more drugs at this point.

There is nothing retarded with what I said , you asked for advice on three separate situations and got very knowledgeable answers and advice from memebers that have been there and done that and you basically just ignore anything useful and do your own thing and somehow wind up worse then you did with your first question.
This stuff isn’t something you just do and say “oops!” And wash your hands. You can fuck up your hormones and can cause some issues down the road. It’s like you asking if Ice cream is bad for you and 12 people saying yes, you then eat it ... end up in the hospital and asked what flavor to try next ... told to not eat it and you switch to non fat and get even more sick and say “I fucked up”

Not really going to argue anything... I just want to fix myself as soon as possible mate..... Anyhow, sex drive increasing slowly and ED is getting better again. I did completely cut tamoxifen and arimidex for 5 days, just started tamoxifen again at 10mg per day yesterday as nipples started to feel sensitive again.

Regarding ED, I was suggested to take HCG 500UI weekly as it will help.... I do have Ovigil 5000IU in hand.... I am in my 5th week on my cycle, going to run a 10 week cycle and then just stop for good. Can't afford to have any health problems. So, what dosage of hcg should I take at this point and do you recommend ?
