    Question: High Hematocrit Waring signs?

Not sure if this belongs here or the blood work area but was wondering, aside from blood work, how you determine your hematocrit is elevated? What are the symptoms to watch for. I figured getting your blood pressure done regularly would be a good start.

*obviosuly mid cycle BW is the ultimate indicator.

Honestly you may see or notice no symptoms at all. However, here are a few that popped up with a quick search:

    Easier bruising
    Easier bleeding
    Headache
    Joint pain
    Itching
    Dizziness
    Fatigue
    Abdominal Pain

My hematocrit elevates when I run 19nor's. I donate blood and I feel a ton better. The problem is that I can donate blood only every 8 weeks. I also bought some blood bags and do my own blood letting in the tub when my hematocrit level gets too high.

Difficult to identify whether it is high or not without blood work, just be safe and donate blood as often as you can... I donate every 3 months, on and off cycle, never had issues.

Thanks for the advice. I notice that some on here donate blood a lot more then allowed in the US. Do you guys just dance from blood bank to blood bank or something? I'm not on cycle yet but just trying to learn and be aware of whats going on when I do.

I can tell from my cardio. Breathing gets really hard.
You can use Red Cross and another blood drive. They do not communicate. When using 19 Nors I cannot wait the time period.

In my state, Red Cross merged their database with the local one and now I'm blocked from donating :/
