MMA Athlete Requesting Advice For Cycle Before 1st International Competition...
Greetings to all the Pros in this amazing forum.
I am an amateur MMA fighter who will be competing in his 1st International competition, the Super Fight League in Thailand, next April, before eventually turning Pro (depending on my performance). I have never been on a cycle, never really needed it but with the competition approaching fast & the field pretty tough, I have decided to go on a cycle to gain some lean muscles and strength fast.
My Stats -->
Age- 26
Height - 5ft 11in
Weight- 165lbs (Want to reach 180 by the end of the cycle and then cut down to my weight class in November)
BF% - 13%
Proposed Cycle ->
Test E - Week 1-12 - 500mg/wk (2 pins a week, Monday & Thursday)
Deca - Week 1-10 - 350mg/wk (2 pins a week, on the same day as Test)
HCG - Week 1-12 (last pin 3days before starting PCT) - 500iu/wk
Arimidex- Week 1-12 - 0.25mg EOD
Additional supplements to Prevent Deca Dick -
Cabergoline - 0.25mg EOD
Proviron - 50mg ED
PCT -
Nolvadex- Week 13-17 - 40/40/20/20/20
Clomid- Week 13-16 - 100/100/50/50
Will also take Omega 3 & Fish Oil tabs during cycle
Queries -->
1) I have read in this website called Evolutionary that Nolvadex & Deca are supposedly a bad combination as "Nolvadex up regulates the progesterone receptor and makes prolactin caused gyno WORSE". Is this true? Should I drop Nolva from my PCT then?
2) I have read in the same website that Nolva + Clomid is a "VERY old school and outdated PCT protocol" and one should add other supplements like HCGenerate, N2Guard, Ostarine, Cardarine, Aromasin. Is this true?
3) What are your views on my cycle? Anything you would like to add?
