    First anavar & clen cycle female advice

    Hi there 👋🏼

    I’m almost at the end of my first anavar and clen cycle. I’m not sure if it’s working/worked and how to end it properly. And what to do next so hoping for some advice and expertise from you lovely lot here please.

    I’ve done this so far:

    Week 1 var 20mg clen 20mg
    Week 2 var 20mg clen 40mg
    Week 3 var 20mg clen 20mg
    Week 4 var 20mg
    Week 5 var 20mg
    Week 6 var 20mg

    I’m about to do this:

    Week 7 clen 40mg
    Week 8 clen 40mg

    Thoughts?
    - Is it ok to stop the Var dead after 6 weeks?
    - Is a two week clen only finisher a good idea?

    Questions?
    - Why have I put on so much fat as well as muscle? I feel chunky and flabby...

    Extra info:
    - 5ft 3”, 62kg, muscle mass 47.8kg fat 11.9kg
    - I’ve put on lots of weight - almost 10lbs. Half muscle and half fat/water
    - Lots of people commenting to me on my muscle definition on my arms and shoulosers in particular
    - Side effects inc. slight acne, oily skin, loss of libido (normally very high)
    - Eating 1400-1600 cal with 30% protein
    - I can feel my muscles all feel harder so I know I’ve got results

    You're good to stop Anavar - no need to taper. I'd skip the clen at your current bf%.
    If you run another anavar cycle in the future and want to avoid fat gain try a lower calorie, higher protein diet. If you're interested in my personal experience hmu

    My wife likes T3 over Clen with Anavar . She has a love-hate relationship with Var. Her shoulders and back look great but then her pants get too tight due to her muscles in her legs (quads) getting too big for her work pants. She has to stay in style!

    Thanks for the advice! Mixed opinion on the clen only finisher it seems... Despite my body fat being 19% - I am still flabby and I’m also short so my quads and stomach still have a tonne of fat hiding the muscle definition. I def need to loose fat. Do you think it’s better I just diet and stick to 1200 cals instead of the clen? I just don’t want to loose my muscle gains!!

    Thanks for this! Interesting to hear she gets different results from different substances. What happens to her on T3? I would agree with your wife - main gains have been arms, shoulders and quads. I look bulky. Even slightly too masculine now which isn’t the look I was going for ha ha but I’m still happy to see results. Does she also find she doesn’t loose fat but gains fat too?

    1200 cal/day with enough of that from protein and you should be able to lose fat with minimal lean loss.
    What works for me: 150-180g protein, 60-70g fat, incidental (20-30g carb). Cardio 6x/week, weights 6x/week
    I didn't try anavar or clen until my bf was 12-13%.

    I doubt that u r flabby being sub 20%

    But, still

    Juice hits us all differently, specially it being your 1st run - the cals were a bit high & u gained water/fat along with some new LBM


    Like mentioned above - Drop the cals a bit, you'll b good
