    Albuterol question

Hi guys, I am on Albuterol cycle since I am on this forum. Albuterol was pretty effective for me during first month, but after that it is not that much effective, so I started taking ketotifen(1mg) along with Albuterol (4mg) thrice a day. And now I am not getting any results. Am I taking ketotifen in wrong way? Should I take ketotifen once a day? Like on bed time? Or should I move to clen .

*I am about to start austinite fat loss protocol within a week or 2. Shall I stop my alb cycle during this time period?

*I am also facing Albuterol related sides like muscles cramp, hand and fingers shaking, sleeping disorders. I am also taking melatonin.

Sound like a complete waste of time energy and resources.

IMO drop both of them. If Albuterol has those sides then Clen will have them worse for you. There is not much bang for the buck. What are your stats and goals?

Yeah, just coz of sides, I decided to go for Albuterol. I really want to get rid from my tummy. Alb sides are manageable. I haven't took Dexa scan in last 6 months. 22/M/5.5"/62-65kgs(haven't measured weight from last month coz I was on unplanned vacation).

    I have no idea.
I had never heard of it but if Austinite suggest it was effective then I am sure it is.

Austinite is a man. The Dana Lynn Bailey avatar throws a lotta people off.
    Whatever he says, do it.

Honestly back off both for a while and keep doing your fatloss regimen .
Im curious as to whats your BF and your cardio/diet regimen .
Can you see abs and striations now without flexing?
Albuterol as well as other fat burners are those last resort types of things where you stall after using sprinting etc.

Ease off on the albuterol, a complete cessation is not a good idea. Remember that it had this effect on you. There are easier ways. Perhaps manipulating your macros while applying some techniques to hold yourself accountable, like a food journal with time entries, will help. Many of these types of techniques are just as effective in keeping the fat off.
