Blood Results - Advice por favor

First time user. After 7 weeks of 210mg Cypionate these are my results.

Test :1,342 / 31.8
E2: 72.5

I am going to get on Aromasin to tame that estrogen. Currently 20 mg Nolva per day. After the estrogen is under control, I am thinking of going to 4-500 mg Cyp per week. Is 1,342 a good test level to grow at or should I be looking to get it up a lot higher?

You say you’re taking 210mg of test a week ? Why that number and are you on a TRT protocol?

A person in the industry who has trained many peeps told me the best way to keep the body from having all the sides is to dose daily and start off low and increase. When sides are too much, decrease, and that's how I find out where I am good to stay at.

There is no need for such high levels for TRT. Drop the dose down. You won't need an AI for your TRT. How long after last injection did you do the bloods?

I was going to drop down to TRT after few months of higher doses. My normal levels are at 520 though off test.

As far as I’ve read or learned... this is not something you take more and more every week. You blast or you cruise ( TRT levels ) and always have pct on hand

Lol. Maybe I do but didn't share that... Does the estrogen effect my muscle gains? Or is it just the sides I have to deal with and that's it?

Both lol and I’ve had high e2 ... let’s just say my gf hated me during that time. I was literally a little butch about everything.
If your estrogen is tooo high , can have you hold more water and will effect your muscles and will be easier to catch sides
