    self med 250

38 in 3 months and do actually need trt because off AAS but but because of being in the UK its very difficult with the nhs.

Anyway i'm thinking of self med. Would 250mg for the 35-40 years do me much harm. Blood work done regularly.

250mg is not a TRT dose, if you need it you can get it through the NHS. Personally i go through a private clinic in the UK...

TRT dose varies from 100-150mg. Sometimes 200mg but rarely... 250mg is super-physiological levels and can cause you issues down the line.
