Best time/way to take Red Yeast Rice
So, apparently red east rice is a statin, I fairly common side effect with statins is IBS type issues
Since, I have stopped the red yeast rice, I started a daily probiotic & daily psyllium husk fiber - guts are damn near better than ever
I'm kinda now wanting to start it back up. What's the best way/time to take it? With a shit ton of food, or?
I am def not looking to bring my GI issues back. And, yes I am still trying to pull back on my drinking - it's coming along, but it's still def a work in progress
