I am a new to this... but I was told that the best cycle to anyone would be 3 I.U's of Growth Hormone a day in the morning and 450 mg of Deca once a week alternating sites weekly. My goal would be to gain size slowly but at the same time get lean (really lean) . I am not looking to add bloat to myself .. but a steady gain of quality size and detail. I am 32 years of age... a height of 6'2 and weigh about 230lbs... of course 14% bodyfat. I am not looking to add more then two different drugs at once and I feel that is enough. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
