I'm taking mic/b12 now on trt. I started at 1000mcgs a week. Im now prescribed up to 3000mcgs per week. Seems to improve energy so far.
What are your experiences on it? Doses? Anyone go above 5000mcgs a week?

Vitamin B and C are water vitamins so if you take too much you just pee it out. Vitamins A D E K are fat vitamins so they are stored longer.
So to answer your question, you can take more vitamin b12 but it will just end up being expensive urine.
