Feeling depressed and nostalgic all day.First tren ace cycle.HELP.

Hello everyone.
First 2 weeks all was going like a miracle , insane workouts , good feeling , so chill etc..

but im on my 3rd week of tren ace and yestarday was the worst bday of my life.I dont know why but i call my ex crying ,i was nostalgic like never , she block me and tell me a lot of bad things and i was feeling like a fucking pussy , worse than pct.. no sleep today , anxiety over 90000 feeling nostalgic all day , crying etc.

Im running 100eod.

my cycle prep is:

1-12 sus 250 per week
1-9 tren ace 100 eod
6-12 Winny 50ed and Epi 30ed.

i think is a very light cycle for competing but idk
maybe is the low test ? maybe is the progesterone?

Any tips for the olders guys?Im 22, i know im young but im on prep mode right now and this is no joke.

how you guys deal with this?

I know every YOLO will tell you differently but....
350mg per week is a hefty dose of tren for your first go round.
I recommend 200mg a week for first time use.
500mg per week and I become a sex crazed irritable monster.

Tren sides are synergic with high E2, the estrogen/progesterone combo will deplete the hell of your serotonin, that's why you feel that way.

Estrogen will of course come from the Test, no AI and it will jump high, that alone is not good but add high progesterone-like activity from the Tren and bad sides especially mental happens, or at least that's my experience.

i was using arimidex the first two weeks , but al the ''bros'' in the gym tell me with 250 sust i dont need it at all.. :/

You're having estrogen rebound. I've had it, it sucks. You get sentimental and borderline suicidal and start crying like a crazy pregnant chick. Get that estrogen in check immediately man, and don't stop Adex cold turkey like that again cause this is what can happen.

We men have some progesterone but I was talking high doses of 19-nors not physiological levels, progesterone in men is largely understudied yet participate in overall endocrine homeostasis, myself after going on TRT I've found I need some progesterone to feel and function better.

I'm having trouble with my environment, right now. I can't imagine how much more difficult that would be if I was 20 yrs old and on a substance that magnified it.
If your current problems with your CPU are not enough to prevent you from doing this, perhaps you could see a psychiatrist? A psychiatrist might prescribe a serotonin enhancer (Viibryd or Brintilex) and perhaps help you address the reason why you would be willing to do this to yourself.

It sounds like you need a serotonin agonist.

I struggle with depression. It is NOT easy to deal with. Id rather have tangible pain then depression or anxiety because its something you cant change or touch per say if you know what I mean. I try to focus on something else and or stay busy.

My road: depression to anxiety to agitation. Its a slow road to freedom. There's no fucking way I would allow that to happen to others. But, I'm not a super hero. Please, don't flirt with things which cause you pain. Look at it like this:
feel good in the long and short run= it is good.
feel bad or, justify, feel awkward, feel anything other than pure good=stop and think.

These drugs play with your hormones, my extreme when on tren is a big a lack of empathy and aggressiveness, yours it too much empathy… Its like alcohol some people drink it and turn into wankers, some people drink it and turn all soppy and start crying and shit

Your progesterone or Estrogen could be out of whack so definitely see to this before you decide your next move, are you using caber/ai?

You didn't state how much adex you used the first two weeks. That said, my guess it's a combination of lowering your E to low in combination with normal tren sides. Agree with DD above to drop the tren down (it'll still be enough) and add in low dose caber at .25 x 2 per week. Ride it out.

How much arimidex did you use at start, and when did these psychological sides set in?

was taking 1mg per week , 0,5 mon /thurs mate.
should i go for the same dose or up a little? maybe mon-wed-fri

You're not listening. You need less adex or possibly none at all. The most you could possibly need would probably be .25 x 2 per week the day of each injection. Your prior 1 mg per week dose is actually more than recommended for a 500 mg cycle.

Forget estrogen rebound. Internet bullshit.

What is the confusion? You're running a low amount of test. Many guys on that amount won't consider an AI. Keeping your E2 a little higher is always better than lower as long as you're not gyno sensitive. I'd run low dose caber as suggested. Nothing wrong with proviron but it you're looking at it as a substitute for an AI it's weak at best. Just a DHT.

Honestly if you are feeling better just keep what your doing, and perhaps just lower the Tren a bit and add caber.

ok the problem here is : i talk with my coach and he tell me is normal , but he want to kill my strogen levels the final week of the prep with letrozole for the hardness.

i dont like this , because i now kill strogen is = depression , bad mood , etc but this protocol is normal the last days before the comp

All you have to do is listen to Kelkel's advice it's not complicated.

That's a very big and unneeded tren dose.. try 20-30ed as opposed to 100 eod. Less overall and much more stable levels. If you aren't getting results it absolutely is not because your tren isn't high enough
