First cycle at 40

Hey guys I'm a 40 year old male. 6'4" 230lbs about 20% body fat. Ten years of lifting hard in my 40 years but stoped 5 years ago and just back into it 4 months ago. Muscle memory is back and i feel strong.Gonna start my first cycle very soon. A little nervous. Basically here it is

Week 1-12 1ml of test e 300 every 4 days
Week 1-4 2×20mg of tbol ed
I'll take milk thisle during cycle and start Clomid 2 weeks after last pin

And of course eat alot of clean food and lift 5-6 days a week. I use BSN products for supps and a good multi vit. I did a ton of research but couldn't find anyone my age doing the same cycle.

My gear: test e 300 from northern trust pharmaceutical and tbol from lufsen rx (mixed reviews online, my buddy uses their tbol and says it's legit)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Make sure to get bloods and sensitive estradiol test for mid cycle...

Get some NAC too for liver support, milk thistle isn't good enough unfortunately despite it's popularity.

Just a curious question. Why do you suggest AI Pharma grade ? I understand you usually can’t go wrong but if the source is gtg, do you think their AI ( anastrazolos for example ) would be pure ?
Also how do you feel about tudca? People say it’s really good

Stay simple on your first cycle. Test for 12 wks with AI and HCG, rest, PCT with Clomid and nolvadex.

Pharma grade is doses exactly and is always legit, UGL stuff can be faked or underdosed or the whole batch may be bunk at a particular time. It's cheap too.
Don't know about TUDCA but always check stuff on pubmed and see how effective they are for the purposes you're using them.

Tudca and udca are effective liver support. Especially while running orals. When not on orals i stick with choline and inositol, if running orals i add udca and nac. Never been anywhere near elevated levels on or off orals. Any of these will do the trick.

Like scotch said, stick with test first time around- i was in same boat with bf being on the high side- i was 23-25% when i started again. Tbol wont help that situation.

I would recommend scraping the tbol and stick to test only. It's more than enough to do what you're wanting to do. Tbol won't make much a difference in the first go round. HCG, an AI, and stick to the pct plan and you'll be fine. I wish I could go back and do a first cycle again! I would do so much different.

Exemestane is much cheaper for pharma grade and works well, plus pretty much impossible to crash your estrogen with it, and it is more friendly for your lipids :)

Here's my problem i did my first pin yesterday thinking i could get hcg and AI quickly. But now I'm finding out might take a week. Fuck me. Is that a big problem?

Also beside BSN synth 6, amino x for during, hyper x for pre. And a good multi vit. Should I add any other supps. Cellmass or truemass.....etc to the list?

And one more question. Drinking while cycling. I like to go out once a week with the boys. But I drink a large amount in that one night. 20-30 beers. And a couple lines. Should I not drunk at all or cut back to once a month maybe.

20 to 30 beers in one night and some lines once a week......are you kidding me. Why even go to the gym?

I go out the night before my day off. Still lift hard 6 dsys a week and eat clean 7 days a week. Except the beers and lines once a week. Lol. But I'm just asking if i should not do that at all or maybe just 10 beers and no lines a week. I still wanna enjoy my summer. My boys are drinkers so it's hard not too

If you could avoid alcohol all together would be your best bet for results.
I like to drink too but I can tell you , the less I drink , the more I can care less for it. You’ll like what you see and say to yourself “hmmm”

20-30 beers LMAO! Beer gut? That is a lot. On a serious note, I am serious, how about a non alcoholic cocktail, or 2-3 beers max since you won't be using any oral AAS...

The lines just don't fit in a normal lifestyle, let alone the lifestyle you want to pursue when you start using AAS...

I forgot to mention I'm Canadian. So that's just a little over average. Lol. But seriously fuck the alcohol. I'll cut way back. What about my first 2 questions about not being able to start hcg and ai a week after first injection. And should I add more supps to my list. Thanks

If your going to drink alcohol, do rec drugs, and/or do orals you may as well just burn your money and liver on the campfire. Wasting 1 day of 7 might not "seem" like a big deal, but that's 14% of your life. Would you throw away $14.00 for every $100.00 you earned? If you don't have the discipline to be in control of your nutrition and health while on gear then you shouldn't cycle, plain and simple. Time On + PCT = Time Off. That means on the average 12 week cycle you will only be able to cycle twice per year. Tons of downtime in between cycles to drink beer.

Additionally in the future, should never do a first pin until you have everything in your hands.

There is action/reaction to everything. You know that drinking affects gains. You want to maximize your cycle? Don't drink. I you want to drink? Then drink and just take the consequence of the drinking. Then I get the question, so.... how much can I drink before it affects my cycle? There's one word that comes to mind when I think of champion bodybuilders, discipline.

Basically the hcg and AI is the least of your problems compared to the drinking.
That’s why no one has really stressed the hcg AI. If e goes up, you can up your AI. Hcg you can live without but it’s definitely beneficial during a cycle and TRT.
Drinking is more of the pressing issue.

Got my hcg today. 2 questions should I wait for ameridex before I do first pin? And guy told me to do 100iu twice a week. But I learned to do 250iu twice a week from this site.Don't know if it's more potent or what. No label on it. His gear is good so I'm assuming it's legit.

Update botle of hcg is 5000iu. He's telling me to put 1ml of water and that will give me 10 pins at 100iu. But I thought I was supposed to put 1ml per 1000iu.

Never mind about dosage I found hcg dose calculator online. Only question is should I wait for AI before I pin hcg. And does it matter if I pin test and hcg on different days? And how long does hcg last in fridge after mixing. Mixed reviews online

Pinning on the same or different day doesn't matter. None of these drugs work instantly anyway.

5000 iu HCG, if you add 5ml, you get 1000 iu HCG per ml. Then you need a fourth of a ml for 250iu of HCG, on an insulin syringe that would be 25iu.

I just add the HCG to the test. There are some that say not to mix water base and oil base but I have no issues.
