This is my 1st test cycle so I never took any before. I'm following the one posted except that since my vial has 300mg/ml i'll do 600 a week instead of the 500(becuase i dont want to screw up the measurement mostly).

Ok great advice I'll stick with the 12 weeks and have some left over. I have no clue how I missed that (HCG). I'll order some I was reading something about it not being needed for test only cycles or atleast during the cycle but more towards the end when trying to stimulate natural test production {What are your thoughts?}.
Today I did the inbody and it showed me at 18% bf at 228lbs. I used to walk around at 275 but felt like shit so cut weight down got stronger and now im here. not sure how accurate it is. For my meal plan this is it
meal 1: 1/3 cup oat bran, 2tbspn hemp seeds, 2 tbspn chia seeds, 1/4 cup raisins, 2tbsp almond butter, 3/4cp blueberries, drizzled 1/8 tspn honey, 1/8 teaspn cinammon. 8oz black coffee with 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Meal 2- 1 cp blueberries, 25g protein, 1 coconut water, 1/2 avocado
Meal 3- 4 eggs, 1/4 red onion, 1/4 red bell pepper, 1 handful spinach, 1 pear, 1 tspn avocado oil, 1 tspn cocnut oil w 8oz black coffee
meal 4- 25g protein, 1 cocnut water, 1 cp blue berries, 1 orange, 1/3 avocado
meal 5- 8 oz chicken breast, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup asparagus, 1/4 red bell pepper, 2 pieces garlic, 2 teaspoon avocado oil
meal 6- 1 apple, 2 tbsp almond butter, .5 oz dark chocolate 85% cacao
