Cream for tightening puffy nipples?

I have had puffy nipples since I can remember. Not gyno as far as I know since I don't feel any lumps underneath. Just the nipple gets puffy, and I can make them hard by squeezing them or when they rub against my shirt sometimes.

I know there are creams out there with caffeine in them, and supposedly hemorroid creams work too, but I wonder if any of you have tried anything that worked to temporarily tighten the nipples. I hate how they look when they're puffy, makes my chest look bad.

If it truly is gyno, you'll need surgery if it's long standing.

Doesn't puffy nipples mean you're ready for sex or was that for chicks only? Puffy nips are temporary, don't sweat it.

That's the only one I've seen that's shown promise for some.
A few years back a company put out a topical FORMESTANE
that some swore by but its not readily available any longer.

Reducing your body fat will help as well. If you don't have any noticeable lumps then it may be 100% body fat related....What are your stats?

I've been cutting down from around 18%, down now to about 15%. If I flex my chest I can still grab about 2 inches of fat between the area from where my nipple starts to my armpit.

I got some tightening cream in the mail yesterday called Instant Firm Temporary face Tightener by Peter Thomas Roth. It's for saggy skin, but I assumed it would work for nipples. Seems to just dry up the nipples, and firms them up a little, but still not completely. I had to put on moisturizer, cause nobody likes chapped nips lol...

Gonna see what happens once I get down to 12%.

Preparation H works. I use it on my abs.
Obviously, it is not a miracle, but it will tighten a little.
I have had issues with loose skin and have tried just about everything:
The best way without surgery is Radio Frequency. It is temporary but it does an excellent job . It is pretty expensive, about 250 for 3 sessions.
