First cycle and dose

i planning to do first cycle:

test propionat 8-10 weeks
PCT: arimidex ( i dont know if i need this every 2-3 days 0,5)
PCT: clomid & nolvadex dont know about dose

and what about HCG?

im 24 years old

179cm
